Well I went in for an oil change and was there for three hours because when I had my tire fixed at another location they stripped the nuts and bolts on my tire. The process to get that taken care of was longer than I anticipated but they had excellent customer service. Im so thankful the issue was caught and fixed!
Great customer service. Friendly greeting from sales staff. Would recommend to anyone that area that wants to make the car buying process nice and easy.

As an SUV "crossover" this car did not meet my needs. Interior carco space is no better than the trunk of a small car. The trim was coming loose aftr 6 months of moderate driving, and driving with a window open is absolutley dismal, as it sounds like a helicopter is next to the vehicle outside the window. I bought a vehicle with an in dash navigation system, only to find out that a substantial monthly subscription is REQUIRED for navigation to work (NO SUBSCRIPTION = NO GPS).
Todd James made my car buying experience the best ever! He was nice, courteous and explained to me every step of the way! He did not stop til he had the best price at the best rate, he made me feel that he under stood my need and did not stop till I was satisfied! I would recommend this location to everyone! The car is very comfortable with lots of extras and we get good mileage with it. The back is nice and large as we antique a lot and haul lots of goods that we purchase on our trips.
I recently bought a used Honda Accord from Vermillion. I was looking for a very specific car/color/engine configuration with low miles, etc and Vermillion had it. The trick was that I am in New York – about 800 miles away.
I started the conversation about this used vehicle as well as the value of my trade via email/pictures/documentation. Kneeill at Vermillion was great and supplied any and all information that I requested. We put together a deal via email in such a way that I decided to take a chance. I actually drove out to the dealership, did the deal and have my new (used) car.
Here’s the takeaways: Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional, especially Kneeill who has an exceptional positive attitude. All my expectations were met, any and all questions answered. The car was freshly detailed and exactly as described. I believe the team at Vermillion to be up-front, detail focused and customer oriented. I would recommend this dealership.

After owning a 2010 acadia slt for 6 years we knew the quality if these vehicles. The newer body style seems of a better build quality. Even though its slightly smaller there's more passenger room than the old one. Way more power, and tons of gadgets in the denali. Favorite feature is the air conditioned seats.
I took my 2018 hybrid MDX in for Maintenance A16. They told me I needed an oil change and brake in fluid changed in my transmission. So the shuttle took me to work and the work was completed around 2:30pm. The shuttle picked me up promptly at work and took me back to get my car so I could get to school to pick up my kids. Everything went smoothly and I was back in my car and on my way in time to pick up my kids. 10 minutes later I get a call from the service department saying I needed to return immediately because they put the wrong fluid in my car! I had to turn around and drop off my car and get a loaner!! I was late picking up my kids, but luckily I have dear friends willing to step in when I need them! How does a tech put the wrong fluid in? I asked and the answer was,"He didn't realize it was a hybrid." WHY IS HE WORKING ON CARS IF HE CAN'T TELL IT'S A HYBRID?!?!? And why did it take 3hrs for him to realize he put the wrong fluid in?!?!?! Are they going to rebuild the transmission to get all the wrong fluid residue out of it?!?!?! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?
Great Place to buy a vehicle. I was searching for a good used truck and was very particular on what I wanted and Rick was there to help me find exactly what I wanted until the very end! He got me the truck I wanted and how I wanted it. The sales staff is excellent all the staff are really nice and easy to deal with I would definitely recommend the car company to many people and I will be back again for business.

Bought CPO. The DENALI trim provides many of the safety features I consider essential for this generation of drivers (lane departure warning is a must). Smooth ride. I love the dual skyscape sunroof and light interior because it makes it feel so open. I occasionally have trouble bumping the liftgate button, but I'm still learning. Probably just a matter of preference, but I'm not crazy about the touch screen so far. Feels less safe while driving. Though, this has the heads up display, which is nice. Has remote start, but there should be an option to have it set so when the car turns on, the heated seats and steering wheel also come on. Vice versa in the winter. Overall, a great vehicle and I'm looking forward to putting hundreds of thousands of miles until it finally gives up.

The 2017 Acadia is a great car. All of the bells and whistles that come on this car is truly exceptional for the price. Back up Camera, navigation, Apple Car Play, heated front seats, dual climate control, rear climate control. It rides smooth and is easy on the eye.
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. Car is spacious, the only problem with it are the roof racks which I didn’t have,I just wish that i do have would make it look different.
Just purchased our families fourth vehicle from Pioneer. We received fair trade on our truck and picked up the new vehicle the next day. They can have the vehicle ready for delivery the very next day, quicker than anywhere else we have purchased in the past. Very low pressure and we left with a newer vehicle, with less mileage and more options than the competition down the street that was in the same price range. Will be back to buy again. Thank you.

Beautiful details and comfortable. Possibly a problem with the A/C, but warrenty should cover this. Has all the room for the twin girls. The ride is very smooth for the size car it is.

I like a large vehicle and my wife likes a smaller style, so we compromised on the Acadia. It is as roomy as larger vehicles but small enough to satisfy both wants. Gets 18-20 MTG and drives smooth. The only thing it needs is just a little more power. The Denali would have had a little more power . Wish they had one when I bought the Acadia LS because of size.
After months of searching for a SUV to fit my family's needs I found my new car at Malouf. Buying a car can be stressful and tedious but the guys here made this process easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much! I will for sure be back!
I had test driven a Ford C-Max Energi in 2014 and completely fell in love. I knew that was the next car for me. But unfortunately do to timing and circumstances I was not able to buy one. Still, I knew this would be my next car. Whenever I would have a bad day, I would go on Ford’s website and build the car I wanted with all the options and colors choices I wanted. I even saved one of them I had built in a pdf file to reference when I didn’t have internet connection.
This year when Ford announced they would no longer be producing the C-Max in the US I knew it was time for me get my dream car. I went to a local dealership and got the run around. They said since the car isn’t being produced, they can’t get the car with all the options I wanted. They tried to get me to compromise. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into something I didn’t want to do. I left in tears thinking I would never own the Ford C-Max of my dreams.
Then my boyfriend called and said he found a nearly new one in New Hampshire in the exact color with all the options I wanted. He started making the calls on my behalf. Craig the sales representative was always available and even though the transaction was made across states, made me feel like I was sitting right in front of him. The entire Portsmouth team did their best to answer all my questions. Signing the paperwork was seamless and easy. They even set up delivery from NH to TX. When my car arrived before I thought it would, I was overjoyed and estatic.
Thank you for everything you did to make my dream a reality. You really are the best. I’m a Portsmouth customer for life.
