Alex Padilla always does a great job servicing my vehicle. He is attentive to the work that needs to be done and always takes the time to explain how much any service work I need will cost. That is why I have been coming back to the dealership since 2011. I always have a good experience.
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Found an Expedition I was interested in on Saturday morning. I sent in an inquiry and Rick called me an hour later. An hour and a half after that, we were looking at the Expedition in person. My wife loves it, an offer is made, we buy it, we shake hands, we drive away.

Buying a car can often be a dreaded experience but we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our experience at Certified Autoplex. Our sales agent, Brian Hummel, was quick to respond and a straight-shooter. After we purchased our vehicle, Certified Autoplex did an excellent job detailing our car and also touching up a couple of nicks. They even filled up the gas tank before we left when they noticed it was on low. Jason in their finance department was also great to work with.
Having experienced some negativity the weekend prior at another dealer, walking into Certified Autoplex was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and they provided 5-star treatment. I’ll be recommending them to friends who are looking to purchase a new car.

For my recent service request I delivered my GMC truck to Gateway's eager service representative Blake. He is my go-to person with all of my routine maintenance and service. Blake is knowledgeable, kind, and he represents the confidence that a quality business is built upon.
For months my GMC truck had several annoying noises with the suspension. Blake kindly listened to me when I described what was riling me, then smiled and said "we got this". Later Blake backed his assurance and now I thoroughly enjoy driving my truck again.
The technicians in the service department did another superior job.
