Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.

For the money we paid, the Explorer was a much nicer and overall better vehicle. We have a 2018 Denali Acadia and when you drive it the headliner rattles constantly. The car makes odd sounds when you get out of the vehicle, like power actuators moving. For the money, being it a Denali and a GMC, we don't feel we should have changed from Ford.
I had a wonderful experience with Vande Hey Brantmeier of Chilton. Jerry helped find the car I was looking for and I always have a positive experience there. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

The car is great but I need to get a couple of small issues addressed for it to be perfect. The dealer had to order parts that will take up to 5 days to arrive. I will bring it back in when they call to let me know they are ready to fix the issues.
Was looking for a new Buick Encore for my wife and searched around the Metro Milwaukee Area to no avail. Searched the internet and found just the perfect car up at Plach, 90 miles away. Started the buying process by phone and was amazed at how easy they made it. The price was great, and they kept finding more programs that saved us even more on the final price. The drive up and back was definitely worth it! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone and will go back to them when we are in the market for another vehicle.
As I started my search for a newer truck through carfax, I found DePere Auto Center had the truck we were looking for. We sent in a request to see if it was available, and they got back to us within an hour. Phil and the team that we were able to meet were friendly and down to earth.The test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure or hassle with buying the truck form them as we would get from bigger dealerships. We even asked if we could have the truck bed to have a spray in bed liner and Phil took care of this for us. Amazed and much appreciated at the customer service we received. I know that I will be recommending DePere Auto to all my Friends and Family along with us when we need to look again.

For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas
Just driving threw the Lot and they came out to me, thought I liked a Cadillac but ended up in a Buick. Great Trade value, loved the popcorn and the guy had a nickname of Givem away Randy, what an Awesome guy to deal with
I always enjoy working with Bergstrom.
On this recent visit the rep pointed out to me
that I had a new issue.
He said that it would be no charge to correct.
I was elated and grateful.
God is truly great. Why? Because I could not afford any additional fees.
Why, because we are saving to buy our first home.
I have enjoyed the experiences I have had with this company. They are very customer friendly and easy to work with. Chris, in service, has been great. They work around schedules.
Poor voice recognition

My 2018 Acadia Denali has less than 10,000 miles and has been back to the dealership 5 times with issues. The navigation voice recognition is defective, GMC acknowledges the problem but have no updates to fix the problem and offer no help. Also, the rear shocks were deemed defective & were replaced. the transmission slips gears intermittently. The collision warning system activated with no vehicle near by. Poor decision on picking this vehicle.
Ed Baldwin was an amazing person to work with! Not only did we have substantial repairs, but we were having difficulties with our warranty company, Ed assisted us in every way possible, including a seamless rental process. He even called days after just to check and see how everything turned out. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend service at Gandrud.
made buying a newer suv quick and fast, took care of the suv little probems. working with brad was good , 2nd auto we bought from this dealer . will buy next too.

My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and worked to find the vehicle we wanted. From start to finish it was an easy and smooth experience. Ok, so why entertaining, When we went to pick up the vehicle there was a break in the sprinkler system in the pre-showroom(?) and our vehicle was in there. The police and the fire department showed up. Ended up being a faulty sprinkler head. Car was received spotless.

This car is very comfortable and has all of the luxuries you could want. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome! The Bose sound system is incredible. There are safely features galore! This is a great car for our family of five.
Very helpful, courteous, good experience ... will definitely let others know about experience there.. answered any questions I had without being pushy and gave me time to make my decision without them calling and pestering me ... I like that...
We were referred to Ron through family that has worked with him for quite awhile. We were finally looking for a new Jeep and wanted to trade in our old 2012 model. Ron was efficient with everything, gave us great options and actually got us in to a better model for less and more miles. Great service and great group to do with all the way through. Would definitely recommend!!
