Sure do like their service dept and people! They seem to really know what they are doing and state of the art garage.... We changed over after years with Chevrolet-Boerne who've failed in the service department last year....causing our vehicles further problems instead of fixing problems. After so many expensive problems with Chevrolet dealership, we decided to switch to GMC on next truck. Bought a new GMC-2400HD and since then have had GMC-Boerne take care of the regular service maintenance with great results. It's MOST important when you buy a vehicle to KNOW the dealership can follow through with servicing it!!! Professional, attentive, knowledgeable "partners".
Sales representative (Heather Rosas) was very courteous and knowledgeable about the new vehicles. We will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle. We are planning on having our new vehicle serviced by Ancira as well.
KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS NOT BUYING MY CAR FROM VARA CHEVROLET. IM SURE I WOULD OF BEEN IN GREAT HANDS IF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ROCK!!!! Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
My daughter and I went shopping for her new car and the salesman that goes by "Sauce" was not pushy and made the experience very comfortable and easy. She wound up buying a brand new 2018 red Malibu. If you need a new car or a used one go see the "Sauce" he will treat you right.
Curtis Kirk is awesome and the mechanics ALWAYS do a stellar job. I have an older Saturn and they always find parts quickly for me. Curtis is honest straightforward and yet always kind and understanding. I bought this Saturn several years ago from this dealership. The salesperson was very good and the people in finance were helpful.
First service visit. Great experience. I was surprised that they kept me information and it went very quick! I am impressed with how well they treat their customers. This was a simple service call but I will go back for all my cars in future based on how well they take care of you.
Richard was great! No pressure and patient while I considered and reconsidered my options. Richard would be the reason I’d buy from Vara again. I appreciated the customer walk-thru with Richard showing me the different departments and introducing me to each department head, as well as receiving a small gift from each department and the coupon book. My Vara experience was top notch due to the escorted walk thru after purchase and Richard’s excellent customer service skills.
