Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future
The individuals we worked with, Mr. Tony Stewart, Mr. Chris Fisher, and another young salesman, were so very nice and helpful! They got us the vehicle we wanted, at, we believe, the best possible price, helped facilitate all the paperwork and changes to our insurance to cover our new car, making this a happy, stress-free experience for us! Ben Mynatt is an excellent dealership. My experience was very positive from the first time I called about a car I had seen online until I signed the papers for a new Acadia. The entire well trained staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. They make buying a car a pleasure instead of a nightmare.
Was in the market for a nice low miles used car. Got in contact with Justin Myrick at the Troy dealership and he had a couple options that fit my needs. Went and test drove a couple vehicles and found the one i liked it was just a little out of my budget. Went home and did some research and talked to Justin a little more and realized he had the best deal on that vehicle around. Went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the car buying process. This is the second time we have done business with him and will definitely contact him for all our future car needs.
I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.
The best things were very friendly staff, wonderful looking facility, and a great quality of work. When confronted with another possible problem with my car, they explained things in full detail and we're very patient. I had been worrying about when I was going to get to to clean my car but they did it for me free of charge. I'd recommend anybody looking to get alignments done on their vehicle get it done here!
My husband and I just recently moved to NC, and were shopping for a new car. From the moment we arrived at Griffin Motor Company, we were greeted by a nice salesman (Nick Cannon). We can only say that he worked very hard to make sure we leave the car dealership with a car of our choice that was the perfect fit for us. Thank you Nick.
