Excellent service. Friendly staff. People tend to veer away of dealerships but my experience was great. Hats off to everyone who assisted in the purchase of my new truck. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family
This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. He was always responsive, polite, and professional. He found me a beautiful Acura at a great price. Mike made the process so easy - it took less than 15 minutes to complete the sale. I will definitely come back to Mike the next time I need a car.

I brought the car in to investigate the indicator light showing there was something wrong with the electronic breaks. The appointment was at 09:10. Upon arriving at the dealership I made it very clear that I needed to leave at 10:15 am no later. If there was a major issue I was prepared to bring the car back. Around 10:45 I was informed there was an issue with a sensor. They had the part and we’re going to replace it. I again indicated I need to leave by 10:15. At 10:10 I proceeded out to the service desk when I was told “ they would get me as soon as the work was done. At 10:30 I was very irritated. I told the service person he had 10 minutes or he was to put the car back together and I was leaving. I finally left at 10:45.

Friendly, explains the problem clearly, makes repairs in a timely manner, provides a loaner car, donuts, sandwiches to facilitate your needs and provides a homey atmosphere in the waiting room. Shows an interest in your well being and your needs.
Great job. I have traded here and had all service done for years and will definitely continue to do so. Will go to Joseph when it is time to buy a new car.
Doug Ely is a great man. He is easy to work with, goes the extra mile, and has now helped us with two leases through the Joseph Buick/GMC dealership. The first was a year ago for a 2015 Yukon XL while this year we added a 2015 Acadia Denali AWD. The two vehicles have been awesome and Doug made sure the vehicles he found for us had all the things we needed and more. The Joseph family has been great to us over the years as well. Having bought back now 3 vehicles we had bought from their various dealerships. Would highly recommend them to any friends or family. Top notch in every way!
I just found out about dealerrater and wanted to leave Lauren a review. I purchased a car from her last year and she was fantastic to work with! No high pressure sales tactics. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions! I would recommend everyone in need of a car or truck go see her! You won't regret it!
Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
