The car is great but I need to get a couple of small issues addressed for it to be perfect. The dealer had to order parts that will take up to 5 days to arrive. I will bring it back in when they call to let me know they are ready to fix the issues.
We have purchased our last 2 vehicles from Cecil Clark Chevy and always have had our cars serviced at their facility. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are fantastic.
Poor voice recognition

My 2018 Acadia Denali has less than 10,000 miles and has been back to the dealership 5 times with issues. The navigation voice recognition is defective, GMC acknowledges the problem but have no updates to fix the problem and offer no help. Also, the rear shocks were deemed defective & were replaced. the transmission slips gears intermittently. The collision warning system activated with no vehicle near by. Poor decision on picking this vehicle.
From the moment we walked in the door, SK and the entire team were very helpful and informative. There was no pressure from the sales personnel which made us feel comfortable with them. We returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone of our friends and will purchase from them again in the future.

This car is very comfortable and has all of the luxuries you could want. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome! The Bose sound system is incredible. There are safely features galore! This is a great car for our family of five.
This is my 3 rd vehicle purchased from Robert Wilson who is an outstanding salesman. My tech Ed is a expert on all vehicles especially my corvette. His knowledge is tremendous. Excellent experience all around.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I have to say I had an amazing experience! My sales consultant was Chaz McCord, he was very honest and polite and extremely helpful with this whole process I drove off in the 2017 Chevy equinox the next day after coming by to look at it!!! My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
My wife and i decided to just ???drop in??? and look around. We were greeted by Jeff Hill and immediately felt as ease. I served 25 years in the Marine Corps and have had my fair share of ???salesmen???. Jeff Hill was cut from a different cloth. His friendliness and no pressure sales had us convinced that this place is the place to buy. We came back later that night and approached by Roy Perez (who was also phenomenal). Decided to come back the next day, Jeff Hill wasn???t available but Rich Wood took amazing care us for the remainder of our purchase. I introduced myself to the GM Tony LaPuma and it was clear that he???s obviously running a tight ship. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to shop here. For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas

For the money we paid, the Explorer was a much nicer and overall better vehicle. We have a 2018 Denali Acadia and when you drive it the headliner rattles constantly. The car makes odd sounds when you get out of the vehicle, like power actuators moving. For the money, being it a Denali and a GMC, we don't feel we should have changed from Ford.
Tammy was our salesperson. She was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole process . She made sure we had a full tank of gas in our new vehicle too. Ryan was helpful and friendly for the finance process. Overall it was a good experience.
