Both of the salesman that I spoke with Jeff Tyrell and Mike Hodsell were excellent and spent their time making sure that they explained everything well and that I was feeling good about the car before leaving the dealership!

I would highly recommend this dealership. Josh Recupero was a low pressure sales person and he truly knew the vehicles he sells. He did an excellent job finding the exact truck I wanted at the best possible price. I also appreciated the extra effort he made to bring my truck up to Metropolitan Truck Center in Stoughton to have the plow installed. It saved me a huge hassle.
Dave went above and beyond to ensure the service experience was a positive one. He was very informative and communicative during the entire repair. The repair was significant and took longer than expected. Dave made arrangements for a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced. Thank you Dave!

We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. He was well-versed about the equipment offered on the car I ended up buying, quickly and efficiently took care of pricing my car's trade-in value, then got me set up with the dealership's finance and title processing people. I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Dax L was great to work with on the buying process, and the price I got on the car was the best I found. Great people and products. I was very satisfied.
