We searched online for cars and drove to several different dealers. We initial came in to purchase an Audi but after negotiation we settled on a BMW. All of their cars are in top shape. The first night we didn’t make a deal so we contacted our sales guy (Ronaldo) via text to discuss our options. He worked on our deal and we had our own finance in place. The deal was made and we returned to the dealer to trade in one BMW for a much newer BMW. Once we got into finance Sinbad informed us that he got us a MUCH lower rate with lower payment. I would recommend hitting Ronaldo up for a your next vehicle and have Sinbad take care of your finance.

My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
Courteous and accommodating. I told them of the vehicle i was interested in and the price i could afford. They found the vehicle with the package i could afford, and just a few hours later, we had a done deal. My next vehicle will be from Hardin.
3 weeks later i ran into a minor paperwork issue and Paul was able to get me brand-new dealer paperwork without a hassle. Above and beyond after the deal was done. I recommend him to everyone who asks about my new truck.

The car is great but I need to get a couple of small issues addressed for it to be perfect. The dealer had to order parts that will take up to 5 days to arrive. I will bring it back in when they call to let me know they are ready to fix the issues.
Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I
I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.
Poor voice recognition

My 2018 Acadia Denali has less than 10,000 miles and has been back to the dealership 5 times with issues. The navigation voice recognition is defective, GMC acknowledges the problem but have no updates to fix the problem and offer no help. Also, the rear shocks were deemed defective & were replaced. the transmission slips gears intermittently. The collision warning system activated with no vehicle near by. Poor decision on picking this vehicle.
For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas

This car is very comfortable and has all of the luxuries you could want. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome! The Bose sound system is incredible. There are safely features galore! This is a great car for our family of five.
My buying experience was made exceptional because my sales agent was Kal Latif. He showed great care, concern and knowledge!
His time was not rushed as he explained in detail the ins and outs of the Buick Encore. This business transaction was pleasant and Kal was very patient. I did purchase an Encore and drove home with a happy smile on my face. Thank you Kal.

With the price, totally worth it. Great handling and driving. Gas saver with the car in that size. Perfect for families with kids and driving in the road.
For the money we paid, the Explorer was a much nicer and overall better vehicle. We have a 2018 Denali Acadia and when you drive it the headliner rattles constantly. The car makes odd sounds when you get out of the vehicle, like power actuators moving. For the money, being it a Denali and a GMC, we don't feel we should have changed from Ford.
John Morgan and Jim Keys were both fantastic to work with! Their customer service was outstanding, and even though I didn't get some of the features I thought I had to have, working with them was so enjoyable at the end of the day, I didn't care as much as I would have. I really appreciate the hard work they put in, but more than that, they treated my husband and I like friends. I am in online marketing and was extremely impressed with how John and Jim run the dealership and would happily and without hesitation send friends and family to them for help!

I came in with my wife before the Labor day weekend rush. I was interested in a Encore I saw online. I was greeted by John Morgan and he lead me to my salesperson. He made sure that I was taken care of and got the deal I was looking for on the Encore. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
