I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.

This car is head and shoulders above all the others I looked at in it's class. The V-6 is very powerful and gets 25 mpg on the highway and 22 city. I highly recommend it!
My husband and I bought a used Toyota Venza One of the salesman, Joziah, was wonderful! We were so happy with our experience and the professionalism of the business. We will recommend Twin Pines to others.

I really like this, it’s great on gas and comfortable to drive. Versatility is excellent from kids to pets to cargo, even room or camping fits a nice air mattress
Excellent and professional sales personnel. Car was as advertised and ready to take home. Very quick paperwork process and got financing at a good rate.

For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas
My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
An amazing experience with this dealership. My salesman Kirk was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle that i was interested in. That aspect is rare these days. I was at another dealership where the salesman had to continuously refer to another source to get answers, but not Kirk. He was patient and answered all of my questions immediately. He also got me the price i wanted for my trade. An expert looked at the truck when i brought it home, this was my neighbor who is a professional body shop guy who was shocked at the cleanliness of the truck. He sees used vehicles every day from dealerships and said that this is very rare. Once the deal was done Kirk had the behemoth size gas tank filled before i left. Also they put on 4 new tires. A day later i received a phone call from a manager who said they forgot 1 piece of paper that i NEEDED to sign. This dealership is an hour away from me, so basically this was a huge hassle for me. So i drove back to sign the form and once signed Kirk had one of their employees take my truck to a gas station and topped it off. How way cool is that. My overall satisfaction with Kirk and this dealership is very impressive. The only complaint i have with them is that one of the options that did not come with this truck is to not make any payments. Apparently that option does not exist. Who knew.

The car is great but I need to get a couple of small issues addressed for it to be perfect. The dealer had to order parts that will take up to 5 days to arrive. I will bring it back in when they call to let me know they are ready to fix the issues.
I have been going to Geoff Penske's for over 10 years. Service is first rate, especially body repair. Buying is also a good experience. A great car agency.
Poor voice recognition

My 2018 Acadia Denali has less than 10,000 miles and has been back to the dealership 5 times with issues. The navigation voice recognition is defective, GMC acknowledges the problem but have no updates to fix the problem and offer no help. Also, the rear shocks were deemed defective & were replaced. the transmission slips gears intermittently. The collision warning system activated with no vehicle near by. Poor decision on picking this vehicle.
Please consider Ebersole in Lebanon for a vehicle!

This car is very comfortable and has all of the luxuries you could want. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome! The Bose sound system is incredible. There are safely features galore! This is a great car for our family of five.
Great experience. Pleasant atmosphere. Employees are very personable and helpful and willing to take the time to answer all questions. Fantastic coffee bar but would appreciate some pastries, donuts etc. Always have current reading materials as well as a tv to help pass the time. Our last appointment we were in and out in 30 mins for a tire rotation and oil change.
Perfect and smooth drive.

With the price, totally worth it. Great handling and driving. Gas saver with the car in that size. Perfect for families with kids and driving in the road.
Kirk Newcomer is the only name that you need to remember going to Jones GMC! He was amazing, personable, knowledgeable and he noticed a ding that we never even saw and insisted it get fixed! We didn't care, but he said, "No, you leave here with everything right!" He totally went above and beyond and as someone that deals with customer service on a day to day basis, he totally exceeded expectations today! I will definitely be back for my next car!!

For the money we paid, the Explorer was a much nicer and overall better vehicle. We have a 2018 Denali Acadia and when you drive it the headliner rattles constantly. The car makes odd sounds when you get out of the vehicle, like power actuators moving. For the money, being it a Denali and a GMC, we don't feel we should have changed from Ford.
What a great experience. Courtney always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The service is always efficiently performed and on task.
