Bought a new Chevy Bolt. Very smooth experience with no pressure sales and great finance options. Larry M had paperwork complete and ready to sign. Fastest transaction for a new car I have experienced.
It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

I spent several weeks looking at new vehicles at various dealerships knowing what I wanted and what was in my budget. I found this dealership. I had been to visit and emailed several as well. They all told me they would get back to me and only one did a week later( after I had already bought from Colonial GMC). Patricia was awesome and understood what I wanted and was understandable of my budget. They found the perfect vehicle for me within my budget and not one time tried to persuade me to increase it. I am a small business owner and appreciate GREAT customer service. They will be my dealership from now on. Hopefully they will be yours too.
Perry and Jasmine were fantastic. Perry was quick to great us and ask what we were looking for. He provided options and was not pushy. Once we agreed on purchase Perry referred us to Jasmine in finance. She listened to our wishes in regards to our financing options and made recommendations off of what we???re asking for only. It was a wonderful experience and will come back again!!!
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
I want to thank the team at executive auto for shipping my Porsche and exceding my expectations. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Went in knowing what we wanted and what we were comfortable paying. We had done lots of research so we didn't need any type of "sales pitch". Who wants to deal with that anyways? Jasmine had the car pulled around for us to see, and we were greeted by Curtis. He was so personable, honest and just a genuine guy. I felt like we were dealing with a life long friend. He along with James made the buying experience so easy, and the finance manager had us in and out within 20 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience. Unforntatley this type of service is not common but I can promise if you get lucky enough to work with Curtis you will be very well taken care of! We are forever Athens Chevy customers!
