I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and not only is it a wonderful car but the entire experience from when I started looking on line until I drove off the load was the smoothest car buying experience ever. I will definitely refer everyone I know to this dealership!

Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
Zach Brick went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the purchase of a 2018 Buick Encore. The total experience was super efficient. Best car buying experience we have ever had!

I have been doing a lot of car sharing and needed a vehicle of my own to drive. I took a considerable amount of time making my decision and Kent Aenchbacher was ever patient and answered all my questions, working several estimates in finding the best vehicle for me. He made sure that I was confident and comfortable in my decision as I drove away in my 2019 GMC Terrain. I am a stickler when it comes to excellent customer service, having over 25 years of experience, and feel that this was provided to me. I would definitely purchase from Kent again. Rex King and his people are unbelievable, Tyler and Scott in the service department have bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of because of a hit and run accident I was having problems.
But they did not give up. Kudo's to the repair person that did all of the hard work as well. Also the sales department went out of their way to help me as well. Why would you go anywhere else, this is the BEST....
My key was stuck in the ignition, in the run position. I called King GM and explained my unusual problem and was told to go ahead and drive to the dealer. After being see right away, I waited for about a half an hour and was told by Tyler that my ignition needed to be replaced and that they could fix it tomorrow morning. I was then driven home in the courtesy shuttle and then picked up the following early afternoon and taken to the dealer. I was given my new set of keys and sent on my way. Very friendly staff, quick service and a great experience. Thank you!
