Review of Tulley Buick GMC and our leasing experie

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
I was searching for a car with difficult criteria, but found one in Best Ford's inventory. I live over 100 miles away (and in a different state), so I called to sort out the logistics. They were very helpful and worked things out to minimize the pain associated with the distance.
They had the car right in front and waiting when I got there, allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, answered questions, and had their shop look at a minor issue while I was there. We negotiated a reasonable price, and they even offered to deliver the car (over 100 miles) for less than I was expecting.
Overall, a great experience -- and I'm very happy with the car!
If you are looking for a great deal and an excellent selection of vehicles you gotta checkout contemporary. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and respectful of my time and needs. They found the perfect car for my wife and we couldn???t be happier
Jacob my salesman was excellent. Delivered the car to me at my office in CT the day after I spoke with him.
The next day they delivered and installed the floor mats they had to order, at my office.
The sales manager gave me a great deal upfront and I bought the Denali XL that day over the phone.
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Second time leasing an Acadia Denali from Moore GMC. Buying process was easy and pricing is right on the mark...Dealership is a bit of a throw back with the warmth of a family run business mixed with today's high tech world. Dealership staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a another enjoyable and smooth buying experience dealing with Jolene and Kendra on the business side, Dave in sales and Charlie in service. They truly take the stress out of the buying a new vehicle.
I am a buyer from California and was shopping for a car. Moore GMC had a Mercedes that i was interested in.I emailed sales in regards to the vehicle and got Mike Porter. My overall experience with Mike has been astonishing from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner even on his day off. He made it very easy and comfortable for me to buy the vehicle and the vehicle was picked up and ready for transport the day that i was pushing for. I bought a few cars from out of state before and this has been the best, easiest and smoothest experience ever!
Recently purchased a new 2015 Sierra 1500 SLT from Moore GMC Danvers MA. Sales Consultant Mike Porter was great, found the truck that i was looking for with all requested options. Buying a truck from Moore was straight forward, no haggling and they certainly gave me the best price compared to other New England GMC dealers. Recently brought in for free oil-change which is always a good dea!!! if you are in the market for a new / used GMC, i would start with Moore GMC before going to anyone else.
With me, its all about feeling comfortable with my purchase. I walked away from about 7 different dealerships in MA before going to DeLuca and talking to John Canole. He was very likable and actually had knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. I thought this was a nice change from my prior dealership experiences. That tends to make me feel more comfortable, so thanks to him I got exactly what I wanted and I love it. Great car!
