My wife is in a wheelchair and this vehicle provides the ease of getting her in and out of the vehicle. Her wheelchair fits great into the back of the vehicle with the 3rd row seats down. Get great fuel mileage, 43.3 is the best so far.
For my first time owning a GMC since I got my first car out of all three ive owned this is the best one ive had since my kia. I also recommend this vehicle if your looking for a family car to travel with or just camping. Its great to have and great on gas

The car is great but I need to get a couple of small issues addressed for it to be perfect. The dealer had to order parts that will take up to 5 days to arrive. I will bring it back in when they call to let me know they are ready to fix the issues.
Every individual at this dealership was very kind, understanding, and committed to helping me leave the dealership completely statisfied with my purchase and payment. They were courteous and sensitive to my needs and I left extremely happy and pleased. They really did above the average dealer to help their customer. The general manager worked very hard to get me low interested rates, a do able payment, low down, and 100% satisfaction. The dealer did not try to sell me something I did not want. He worked very hard to help me find the car that was mine. And the financing manager was kind and worked fast. Thank you very much Ryan, David, Chris, and all the other individuals involved in my buying process!
Poor voice recognition

My 2018 Acadia Denali has less than 10,000 miles and has been back to the dealership 5 times with issues. The navigation voice recognition is defective, GMC acknowledges the problem but have no updates to fix the problem and offer no help. Also, the rear shocks were deemed defective & were replaced. the transmission slips gears intermittently. The collision warning system activated with no vehicle near by. Poor decision on picking this vehicle.
I went just to look and see what they had. Cesar was just so friendly I knew that I wouldn't be able to find the same customer service at another dealership. I never felt pressured into anything, and he answered every question I had with the patience of a saint!

This car is very comfortable and has all of the luxuries you could want. The heated seats and steering wheel are awesome! The Bose sound system is incredible. There are safely features galore! This is a great car for our family of five.
Jason is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he doesn't sell you into a bad situation and isn't hiding anything. I wasn't able to purchase a truck a year ago and Jason didn't try to sell me the truck to where I wasn't comfortable, I came back and was able to get a deal with him the second time.

I drive the extra 50 miles to take my vehicle to John L Sullivan because i know they will take care of my car like its their own. They pay attention to detail while other surrounding dealership rather pay attention to Turnover. John L Sullivan treats all their customers like family and have always made things right. For the money we paid, the Explorer was a much nicer and overall better vehicle. We have a 2018 Denali Acadia and when you drive it the headliner rattles constantly. The car makes odd sounds when you get out of the vehicle, like power actuators moving. For the money, being it a Denali and a GMC, we don't feel we should have changed from Ford.
Steve the service writer was very helpful and knowledgeable Brian, however at the parts counter was absolutely amazing I had a problem........he solved the issue quickly Then drove the part to my house personally......unbelievable service
I continue to bring my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 in for my regular matainence oil change, filter & tire rotation. The service center is very comfortable & has many options to suit your needs if you have to wait for your vehicle! I have to say I have been one of the LUCKY owners of a 2014 Sivlerado Z71 to NOT have any major repair issues on my truck as others I have heard about!
Alberto and Ron were great! Every one there went out of their way to be helpful and facilitate the purchase on my first new vehicle!
