So I went from an Escalade to this and I love it however I’ve had some issues. The mirror sensors have had to be replaced twice. I also had the shifter replaced as it wouldn’t shift into park and would give an error and stay on when I shit the car off. However it drives great is good on gas and I really like it.
Came from Knoxville TN to purchase truck I saw on cars.com my salesman was Sam Hughes and he was very helpful in getting everything set up so when we came to pick the truck up everything was ready and he even took care of getting the windows tinted for me. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I believe this car, if taken care of properly and purchased from a reliable source would be a fantastic SUV for any family. If buying used definitely have it checked by a trusted mechanic before forking over the money.
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

Met my needs for passengers and my work. Handles very good. Pick up is awesome and has plenty of extras. The leather work on interior is awesome.
My experience at Bramlett was awesome. I was told by a friend to ask for a certain salesman Hardin Namie. He was so helpful and really took the time to explain how things worked in my new car, which I appreciated so much. Hardin you earned this salewith your knowledge and patience, you get an A++. Thanks for all your help. I love my car! If you want a great deal go to Bramlett and ask for Hardin Namie.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
Plenty of power with the V6. Also decent on gas, normally about 22mpg with mixed driving. The Denali model if loaded with tech gadgets, although you'd be fine without them. The infotainment system is top notch. The seats are comfortable with plenty of room in the first two rows. The third row can accommodate adults, but they would be cramped. The large A pillar does present an issue for low speed/parking lot maneuvers. Cargo/Storage is virtually non-existant with the 3rd row up. Lay the 3rd row down and you have some room, but it could be better. A family of 4 can pack for a week in it, but it is tight.
The newer design is lighter and it feels like it. It drives more like a sedan than an SUV.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I love the car for the looks and comfort.

This vehicle is very nicely done and is very stylish. The color and design to include the interior complements the vehicle and looks very expressive.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

This SUV is more than I could’ve wished for. Bigger on the inside, than it looks on the outside. Very comfortable, smooth ride. The look and style of this Acadia is just gorgeous! So happy with it!

I am on my third Acadia. I miss the style and features of the previous design. I feel that its smaller, more like the Terrain. The reliability is still a GMC.

This vehicle has met all the needs of my family. From hauling the grand kids, moving friends and family and taking long road trips, this vehicle has served its purpose well. Highly reliable and excellent gas mileage for a SUV.

Only problem I've had is replacing the headlights. They don't seem to last as long as I think they should. Love driving it. Wish it got better gas mileage driving in town but it's great on the highway.
Manette was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. No high pressure sales. She followed up promptly after purchase. The service is excellent, although a bit pricey.
