I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Came in for a repair on my vehicle and was also getting a rental the rental department went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was clean and disinfected and ready for me I was in and out of there in no time at all will definitely be back because of those young gentlemen.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I don't normally brag about my experience with a car salesman BUT I must in this scenario! David at Frank Leta treated my daughter and I like we were his family. We knew what we were looking for and told him ahead of time and he had the car ready for us to test drive. He took his time explaining all of the safety features to my daughter who is a young adult before she even left the parking lot. He made sure she got what she desired for her trade in and didn't take advantage of us, we told him what the Kelly Blue Book said and what we wanted and BOOM he made it happen. He was sweet, fast with delivery, and so detailed in every step of the process I know we will return to this dealership and buy again from David! Matt the sales manager was his side kick and helped us along the way so I don't want to leave him out of this review because he listened to us and showed empathy to our situation and really bent over backwards to make the deal happen. We could have bought our Honda anywhere in STL but they really stepped up and we appreciate both of them! We were in and out in less than 2 hours with a brand new car and could not have done it without these guys. THANK YOU!!!!

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. The salesman I dealt with, Rob Fulmer is one of the best. Strait forward, tells you how it is without any hidden surprises. He was honest, patient and very professional. He easily addressed all my concerns and questions and I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. He was very quick in responding as I was inquiring about a car out of state and he made everything very easy and simple to understand. Out of the other dealerships I inquired about, it was like night and day. I ended up replacing my engine in my old vehicle, so I didn’t actually buy from here but everything was set up to go I just had to sign. He was honest about out the door pricing and the dealership he works for doesn’t try sneaking ridiculous hidden fees like some of these other places. This review is the least I could do since I pretty much wasted his time. Thanks Rob and sorry again!

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

Service write up was quick and easy, my technician was Stephen Billet, he is very good at what he does. Everything done perfectly. I will continue to ask for him when my vehicles are there.

I am 84 years of age therefore I have owned several automobiles and cannot compare any other that I have owned to this Acadia. It has been the best overall transportation I have ever owned!

The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

This is the perfect sized car for me with 3rd row seating. When not in use the 2nd and 3rd rows lay down for extra storage. I like the exterior size too. It’s easy to maneuver in and out of parking.

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!
