Michelle Bean was very courteous and professional. I explained what I wanted and we quickly came to an agreement that beat two other quotes I had. I put down payment on new Toyota Highlander Platinum and now am just waiting for it to be built.
Since 2005... this particular dealership has had our family business for new vehicle needs... and they've never given less than 100% throughout the research, buying, and after sale process... Bending over backwards for their customers' needs seems to be a deeply rooted business model at their Carbondale dealership. We expect 100% from a new car dealership, and thankfully, Auffenburg of Carbondale continually goes far above our expectations....
The salesman was very nice and accommodating. We were, however, his first out-of-state buyers and he was not familiar with the legalities and necessary paperwork needed to title our new vehicle in our home state. Unfortunately, we weren’t either. We all are very knowledgeable now about the process. It did take almost two weeks to get the paperwork from the dealership though. It would have been nice to have known the evening we bought the Terrain that the certificate of origin would be delayed that long. But our salesman kept in contact with us while we waited.

Went to Vic Koenig to look at a new vehicle and visited with Dion in sales. We were able to agree on a price and had me in and out in a short amount of time. Most of the time you could spend a better part of a day at a dealership, not here. I am very happy on the process and how I was treated. I would not be afraid to recommend Vic Koenig to friends or family. It is also good to note that the service department at Vic Koenig is very helpful and friendly as well. They have always helped out as much as they could when I needed something.
I have nothing but great things to say about Moore Brothers! I trade vehicles often because I am very indecisive ;) and I have bought 3 vehicle from Jason. He even picked the car that I was trading in up from where I work and took it to the dealership to get appraised so I did not have to disrupt my work day.

We were also surprised by the integrity and character of the dealership and Mr. Jesse Williams by honoring an awesome online deal on the vehicle we were seeking. A 2011 Chevrolet Impala which we had located on Cars.com. We also travel about 75 miles and were treated exceptionally by Jesse and the dealership when it was needed to go off site to get the cash necessary to complete the transaction. My friend who actually purchased the vehicle is overly excited by this vehicle and the purchasing process provided by Jesse and the dealership.
