It was a great experience working with all of these gentlemen. I went to the dealership on Monday November 5th 2018 the day after my Yukon was in a very bad wreck which lead to it being totaled. I met with Andre Fredrick to help me purchase a new one. I informed him that I wanted the same Yukon Denali with all the same equipment and colors. He worked diligently to find one which was located in Lutz, Florida. The vehicle was transported the following day which I was very pleased. The entire experience was very professional and I asked him to have the paperwork ready as I would be coming by like a tornado and do not have much time to spare. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with the paperwork and I have to say that is the fastest I have ever concluded such a transaction. Shopped for our truck for 2 weeks and at several dealers. Starting the search on the internet saves time and money and Orange Buick GMC is very skilled at timely communication in whatever format you prefer - even text. Matt is truly a Exceptional facilitator of a pleasant buying experience. We arranged everything long distance - Matt sent photos and whatever documents I wanted to see before I ever set foot on the dealership. Tony and Santiago also helped Matt make the purchase process easy. We have bought a lot of vehicles in our life and we feel very happy we chose to drive the 250 miles to Matt and we would do it again!
The thought of having to go to a big dealership and spend all day negotiating the price and financing makes me sick to my stomach. I've had to do that to many times. Vehicle Clearing House and Rick are nothing like that. I came in to look at a particular car they had advertised and within an hour I was driving off the lot. They showed me all the reports and took me for a test drive and explained everything about the car. I completed a credit app and had my financing done in 30 minutes with one of the many credit unions they do business with. They even did all the tag transfer stuff on spot. love these guys.
I went to the dealership initially after communicating with the internet sales team. I was told to just go to the desk in the middle of the showroom and I would be taken to the car I was interested in. I even had an appt. When I arrived, no one was at the desk in the middle of the showroom floor. So I just stood there for about 10 min. Finally someone who clearly had better things to do grudgingly stopped and asked if I was being helped. When I told them no but I had an appt they said they would find someone. 5 min later my internet sales contact showed up and matched me with a sales person. The sales person k we next to nothing about the car I wanted to test drive because it was a Toyota. I asked multiple questions and the sales person could not really answer any of them. Ex: I was finally moving up from a much older model vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed there was no place to check power steering fluid so I asked about it. The response was... "That is strange". So I did my own research to figure out that newer models have electric power steering rather than hydraulic. Lucky for the dealership I already knew I wanted that car because they seemed to have no interest in selling to me. Perhaps that was their way of trying not to be pushy and I would understand the desire to avoid that stereotype. For me though, it just felt more like complacency and was a bit of a turn off . Then during negotiations, the salesperson I felt with was basically powerless to negotiate on anything and the sales manager had to get involved. Miraculously I wanted the car bad enough after doing so much research that I pressed on. The dealership WAS nice enough to take the car off the market for 2 days while we got the financing straightened out. When I returned to the dealership to sign the papers I was informed that the window tinting was damaged while prepping the car for sale. I also noticed that a piece of the interior was still broken that I was assured would be fixed. I was promised they would arrange for the window to be fixed. The other issue with the interior was fixed while I signed the papers. So I purchased the car in good faith. 1 week later I had not heard a peep from the dealership. Finally the salesperson called me and asked how I was liking the car. I told him it was great but it will be better once the tint is fixed. His answer shocked me "Oh right I guess I should set that up".. UMMMM YEAH, since that is what we agreed on. Another week goes by and I hear nothing. I tried calling the sales guy back with no success. None of my messages were returned initially. So I called the finance person I worked with to see what was up. He assured me that someone would be calling me back. My original sales contact called me back shortly thereafter and I almost lost it. He asked me what my availability was to get the car fixed. SERIOUSLY... an appt was still not set up. I held my composure and gave him my availability. After waiting a few days I called the finance guy again because I was done trying to work with the salesman. He agreed to get the sales manager involved. It was only then that I got a call back from the salesman and I just asked for the phone number to the tinting place so I could set up my own appt. I thought buying from a dealership would be a better experience than buying from a private seller... I can honestly say... buying from Orange Buick is not recommended by me. Perhaps they try hard if you actually want a Buick
I appreciate the staff in doing the best deal for. They were looking out for me this year as last year was disappointing. Dwight and Dowain were my salesmen and Josh Neville found the vehicle in south Florida. The vehicle is perfect.

I had a 3pm appointment I arrived a little early David was outside waiting for us to arrive they had the truck in the showroom with my name on it David took me all around the truck showing me all the features of the truck then we went into Sams office he worked a great deal for me I was very happy with my service at Carl Black and will return there when I???m ready for my next vehicle
Service was so amazing not only did they repair my damage but the detailed and washed my car so unexpected so happy! My car looks like when I¿ first got I¿t out the dealer
