We recently purchased a 2023 GMC 1500. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. The moment we walked in were greeted by Kyle the General Manager. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He hooked us up with Nick in the sales department. Nick not only showed us the car we came in to see but also found several other options that fit what we were looking for. They were able to get us what we were looking for from our trade ins. Terrence seamlessly completed the purchasing in the finance department. Not once did we feel pressured in the process. Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.
