I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. After looking on CarGurus, we saw they had a couple of Acura's at a very good deal. We had the opportunity to work with AJ, who help us out with seeing both, answering all our questions and test driving. After we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, we then talked with Pouria who help us get the best deal and even letting us trade in our extremely used older Acura for much more than we expected! We got through the deal and brought it home. After driving a few days, we noticed a noise with one of the wheels. After calling in they transferred us over to Carlos in the service department who asked us to bring it in and took care of the issue within 24hrs. Easiest car dealer experience I've ever had. No surprises, no up-sells, no nonsense. Car was exactly as described. The entire process would have taken 10 minutes tops, except the test drive was: toss me the keys "go see if you like it." Jason is a fun guy to chat with, friendly. He knows the business but doesn't act like a typical car salesman. Excellent experience. I drove 8 hours for the truck I wanted, and after this, I'll do it again if he's got what I want next time.
