From the time we walked through the door until the time we left, our experience with Trevor was awesome! He had wonderful customer service and made sure we were happy every step of the way. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive to buy a great car from great people.
We found this truck online and decided that we wanted to look in person. The truck was just brought to the dealership so there were no photos online as of yet to review. I walked up to Tommy and asked him to just give me 10 mins to look it over and if I was impressed I would come back with my husband. Tommy complied and sent me various photos of the truck allowed me the whole day to think on the truck with literally NO HASSLE! When we decided to come in and take a look over the truck he allowed us our privacy to discuss and also met us right where we wanted to be. I am so pleased (for the first time ever ha) with our overall numbers and experience! Ask for Tommy you will not regret it.
Went in for a $9.99 oil change asked to change filter than wanted to charge $30 labor just for that. They did take that charge off, but guess they are just baiting you with the coupon to run up the charges. The girl at the cashier desk was very nice and called the manager because she didn't think the charges were right either!
They were not pushy at all to purchase. They listened to my wants and needs in my purchasing of my truck and was able to meet them. They did not try to sale me something I did not want and was able to get my truck that I wanted.
I bought an MKT several months ago and went back today for an oil change. Phil in the service department was wonderful and even helped me with some operating questions I had.
Not only was the buying process a pleasant experience but the service department is also a great experience.
Fantastic service department. Absolutely the ONLY dealership service department that I trust... because of John Noble period. One prime example: John keeps me informed of important upcoming maintenance but NEVER pressures me into performing recommended, but not critical, costly maintenance decisions. John is an effective and knowledgeable service adviser with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have written this before in previous customer feedback reviews and I will re-enforce my comments; I will continue to purchase my vehicles at John Vance Auto Group as long as John Noble is my service adviser.
We stopped in to look for an upgrade to my vehicle, not planning to purchase. We have looked in multiple cities and two states for a new car. Not only did we get the best deal we could find, but the customer service and people we fantastic. I highly recommend speaking with Tony in sales, Bill in management, and Vincent in the service department! Those men know customer service.
My wife and I were looking for an SUV. I spoke with Jason Williamson and he was professional, very knowledgeable, and the best car sales person that I have worked with since I bought my first car almost 30 years ago!! I was able to get my wife into her dream suv and it was very affordable. I will definitely do business with Jason again in the future when I am ready to get another vehicle.
