My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. Love the style and the towing power, I have owned my 2017 Sierra Denali for 2 months and it’s been great. Smooth ride and love the electronics it has.
My mother, who is 91, decided she wants one last car in her life and chose a Kia Soul. The sales agent - Brian Boswell - was a perfect fit for my mother, answered all of her questions, and alleviated all of her anxieties. She even leased the car which I never imagined she would want to do. Thanks Brian.

I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
They were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. From the first phone call to payment and delivery of the exact vehicle I wanted; a straightforward process and good experience.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Tim is always a pleasure to work with when I bring my car in for service- if I have any questions or concerns, he is always willing to go the extra, to find the answer or assist as needed.

POOR headlights - how could they sell this without disclosing? Okay seats - heated cloth was nice. Lackluster performance with 5.3. 17 mpg Good mirrors. Tires lasted 55k. Good brakes. Smooth shifting trans. Stereo display so bright at night it is distracting. Dim it down and you cannot read gauges. Engineers on this truck were asleep at the wheel. Good look. Glad to be rid of it!
Christopher = Knowledgeable, fun, not pushy, fair. Best car salesperson I???ve ever worked with. Efficient but not aggressive. He can read and react to a customer (vs just having a script).

Good looking exterior , great dashboard gauges and easy to use. I have a 5.3 Z71 with 3.42 rear end my one complaint is it seems sluggish when you push the gas to get going. If I could have a do over I would get the 6.2 V8 but GM makes you buy an SLT or above. They need to make that engine available in all models. I have just over 18K on mine and have had no issues.
