I went there to buy 2013 Kia Sorento and I met some lady her name is Debbie, she is a very smartest underwriter and salesperson.
She is a very friendly person like my sister and works professionally with amazingly quick.I arrived there at about 3:30 PM but I could pick my new car up at 4:30 PM, it took only 1 hour!! test driving/all paper works with loan processing.I strongly recommend this dealer and Debbie and you will be happy~~Thanks, Debbie.

Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!

I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.

I always received great service at King, which is why I have purchased several cars from them over the years. It is true that the dealer knows more about their car than most others. My visit was for a regular oil change, which included a coupon which always helps. They pointed out that my cabin filter and engine filter should be changed, too. They were right as I try to replace them on schedule an I knew I was behind. I planned to replace the cabin filter on my own, but when looking at the location, I knew it would take me a couple of hours to get the right tools together and get it done properly. The service manager gave me an incentive to let King take care of it and I was happy to agree. Of course, my car was ready as expected and included a free car wash.
