I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
I recently purchased a preowned Subaru, Todd the salesman and Donnie the Sales manager couldn’t have been more helpful. They were professional and courteous and easy to work with I highly recommend seeking them out, my experience was so comfortable, no pressure. Love the style and the towing power, I have owned my 2017 Sierra Denali for 2 months and it’s been great. Smooth ride and love the electronics it has.
Mark, the service advisor, is great. I do not have to call my husband because I wonder if I am being taken advantage.. Never does Mark advise work that isn't necessary. The honesty and professionalism is what brings me back

I bought this truck on reviews and recommendations of friends and dealers some of which I didn't buy the truck from. It is the nicest truck i've ever owned I hope it live up to it's reputation
I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
Very friendly staff who took good care of me. Robby was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get the deal done. Faculty was great.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
The salesman made the buying process very easy when I purchased a used vehicle. All of the employees were very friendly and congratulated me on the purchase of a vehicle. I drove nearly three hours to make a purchase because they had the vehicle I wanted and I'm glad I did. I would shop with Adam's again given the opportunity.

POOR headlights - how could they sell this without disclosing? Okay seats - heated cloth was nice. Lackluster performance with 5.3. 17 mpg Good mirrors. Tires lasted 55k. Good brakes. Smooth shifting trans. Stereo display so bright at night it is distracting. Dim it down and you cannot read gauges. Engineers on this truck were asleep at the wheel. Good look. Glad to be rid of it!
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.

Good looking exterior , great dashboard gauges and easy to use. I have a 5.3 Z71 with 3.42 rear end my one complaint is it seems sluggish when you push the gas to get going. If I could have a do over I would get the 6.2 V8 but GM makes you buy an SLT or above. They need to make that engine available in all models. I have just over 18K on mine and have had no issues.

Leo Aleshire made me feel so welcome and like we were old friends or family. Nice, trusting, patient and very knowledgeable. I came in not knowing if I wanted a Camry or a RAV4. He let me test drive 2 of each and offered to let me drive more. Didn???t make me feel rushed. I???m taking my dad to him ASAP to get a new Toyota!! The entire staff was very friendly. Selena Neal was also so nice and helpful. Will definitely go back!

The sales person that we had was Paul Todd of Richmond Ky dealership.He went above more then you could ask of a salesmen for us.He got us the best deal for our trade in on the new car.Mr.Todd was very up front about anything he was working on to get us the best deal for the new car.Any employees that we where around at the dealership was always smiling and very friendly.The dealership was very clean right down to the garage.We meet the garage staff at the dealership and they made you fill very welcome and I think they will take very good care of our new Buick.I have never owned a Buick but I am happy to say = I LOVE MY NEW BUICK ENCORE!!!!!!
