From the moment I drove through for my oil change, I was welcomed with a friendly smile from service tech Steven who greeted me with a kind smile and a handshake introducing his self. He made me feel very welcomed. The lobby where i waited was very clean and comfortable. I then was welcomed again by Brian Chicco who made me feel at home. He promised me my Jeep was in good hands. After my service was complete, Brian and Steven spoke and explained things to me that I did not understand. Brian went out of his way to go talk to another tech about my service to get clarification for me. He was very friendly and patient. I felt like my business was welcomed there. Brian explained to me in detail what I needed to do next. It was obvious he made time for me as a customer. I highly recommend this location for your services. I was in and out fairly quickly, the customer service was spot on and the deal they have is a steal!
I wanted to praise Mr. Del Regato for great service. It is evident he cares and it shows through his professionalism. In today???s environment, it is refreshing to know I have someone I can count on and trust when it comes to my vehicle. Mr. Del Regato is an asset to Hill Kelly. Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were there for 6 hours looking for the right vehicle. We finished the purchase over a hour after closing time. I was surprised by everyone’s great attitude even though we were there so late. By far my best auto purchase experience thru a dealer.
Went to buy a new car, but ended up buying used. Bigger car with extended warranty. Couldn't be happier with the process. Shout out to our salesman Mark Gilmore, he completely changed my mind on car buying. Will definitely buy from McKenzie again.
McKenzie Motors had the best incentives and selection on 2018 GMC Canyons,. But I was hesitant because I live 2 and 1/2 hours away. Salesman Mark Ciano worked with me over the phone to understand the incentives and find out whether I qualified. He also tracked down the two trucks I was interested in, which were still in transit to the dealership. My wife and I made the trip to Milton and were treated respectfully and courteously throughout. Only one truck had arrived, and it needed a new back window because of slight damage in transit. While we waited for the repair, Mark let us drive two other Canyons on our own and at our leisure, to make sure we were comfortable with what we would be getting. When time came for the deal, we again were treated respectfully. We ended up paying $500 more than what we had intended as our top price. But it was still the best deal I have seen on a 2018 Canyon, before or since. We did have a problem with water stains on a back seat after the repair. I called Mark the next day, and he said they would be glad to clean it up and make sure the stains didn't come back. The whole experience was mostly positive.
I went to Southern Chevrolet not only because I had purchased a used car from them a few years back and had a great experience then, but also because they are large supporters of local charities. Chuck was my salesperson and answered the many questions I had, did not make me feel pressured or rushed into buying anything, and helped me decide on the best used car within my budget. I finally made a decision on which car was right for me, but had a concern about a mechanical issue. Chuck had the issue assessed and taken care of at no expense to me. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service received.
I HATE dealerships and car shopping, our mini van had been literally run into the ground (with 6 kids it did it's job). We found a vehicle we didn't think we could attain with our credit or amount of kids. Frontier Motors in Pensacola and our salesman RJ were incredible. They let us take this vehicle (2015 Toyota Highlander LE) home before purchasing to try it out with all 6 kids and show the family. We LOVED it! Drove back 2 hours to the dealership to purchase. Took about 1 hour and they gave us more than we expected on our run down van trade in. Vehicle included a 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty and get this... a phenomenal apple strudel as a thank you for the vehicle purchase. I would buy again and recommend ALL DAY!
Tom Gamewell was my salesman & was excellent. I selected my . As I was leaving 2 over my options, Tom came 2 my car & subjected I try my bank 2 get better financing. I did, took 5 minutes to get approved w/ better financing. After purchasing my vehicle . I received a box of chocolate chip cookies from Tom
