Good looking exterior , great dashboard gauges and easy to use. I have a 5.3 Z71 with 3.42 rear end my one complaint is it seems sluggish when you push the gas to get going. If I could have a do over I would get the 6.2 V8 but GM makes you buy an SLT or above. They need to make that engine available in all models. I have just over 18K on mine and have had no issues.
The dealer picked up and returned my car. The service was timely and the car was cleaned very nicely. Overall I am pleased with the service.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Happy with the efforts of everyone involved in my deal.

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and personable. Sarah was fantastic in explaining the different vehicles and trims, and not to mention has a wonderful personality. John worked really hard to get me a great deal. I was offered above market value for my trade and my monthly payments are less than what I was willing to do because of John's hard work and honesty. I have already started referring friends and neighbors to this dealership.

Love the style and the towing power, I have owned my 2017 Sierra Denali for 2 months and it’s been great. Smooth ride and love the electronics it has.

POOR headlights - how could they sell this without disclosing? Okay seats - heated cloth was nice. Lackluster performance with 5.3. 17 mpg Good mirrors. Tires lasted 55k. Good brakes. Smooth shifting trans. Stereo display so bright at night it is distracting. Dim it down and you cannot read gauges. Engineers on this truck were asleep at the wheel. Good look. Glad to be rid of it!
I wanted to update my truck so I reached out to Adam. I contacted him over Thanksgiving while he was off, but he still got back to me right away! I was extremely impressed with the fast and courteous service and will definitely go back to him next time I need anything!

Sold a lemon with severe transmission problems & an still fighting to get it fixed. I purchased on 9/8-2018 & it’s been I. The shop more than it has been driven. I was ripped off.
I???ve bought 7 cars from this dealer and never had any issues. Would keep on buying in the future. Great experience and would recommend Adam and Ryan to anyone that wanted to buy a car from Star. I give it Five stars.
I had a great experience at patriot Buick when shopping for a car. The salesperson, Walt Kuch showed me several cars and let me test drive as many as I wanted. The other employees who helped with the paperwork and other things were also very professional and friendly during my visit there. I am happy with the new Encore and love the color. Overall it was a great experience with no pressure to buy.
This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Flemington VW Audi Porsche, and the 2nd car that I've purchased from Debbie Lotufo. I used to dread car shopping, but she makes the experience so much more enjoyable - her breath of knowledge and honesty is so refreshing and reassuring. I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
Paul Rosenberg was an excellent sales associate. Very helpful in trying to match vehicle to my needs. Very honest and responsive. I've been looking at many different types of cars, visiting many dealerships and Paul stood out from all of other sales associates I have been in contact. Highly recommend dealing with him if looking to buy a GMC or Buick.
Everyone was very friendly, were not pushy, had an upfront great price, and gave us a decent value for our trade in. I have to say that this was the BEST car buying experience and will be doing business with your company again!!!
