Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
My very first time purchasing a car of my own with the help of my dad and Geoff from checkered flag Hyundai! Geoff was helpful from the time I walked in to the time I left with my Honda Accord. He was very helpful and made the process very quick I would def recommend him and checkered flag Hyundai to anyone in search of a car!

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

POOR headlights - how could they sell this without disclosing? Okay seats - heated cloth was nice. Lackluster performance with 5.3. 17 mpg Good mirrors. Tires lasted 55k. Good brakes. Smooth shifting trans. Stereo display so bright at night it is distracting. Dim it down and you cannot read gauges. Engineers on this truck were asleep at the wheel. Good look. Glad to be rid of it!
Good looking exterior , great dashboard gauges and easy to use. I have a 5.3 Z71 with 3.42 rear end my one complaint is it seems sluggish when you push the gas to get going. If I could have a do over I would get the 6.2 V8 but GM makes you buy an SLT or above. They need to make that engine available in all models. I have just over 18K on mine and have had no issues.
Charles Barker has been a God send. From the very first phone call I received from Stino up until I drove off with my new baby, I was kept in the loop about EVERYTHING. I admit I was a challenge with my requirements as well as not the best credit out here BUT Stino prevailed and now I am proudly driving my new Altima. The other staff was also, too, truly amazing. I came in to wrap up the sale with a terrible headache just dealing with the car buying process and the lady at the reception area offered me a snack, water, and Tylenol. The finance gentleman worked his magic and was able to get me a good monthly payment as well as warranty. He also went above to provide whatever he had to get my children to settle down. Football it was and he, or the rest of staff, never showed any frustration with my kids or myself. They even gave them snacks :) To all of you at Charles Barker, Laskin Rd, THANK YOU ! Honestly, if you are in the car buying process LET THIS BE YOUR FIRST AND LAST STOP. They truly treat you wonderfully with no pressure. Just when I started to get discouraged, they got me approved.

Have driven this for almost 3 years now and LOVE IT!!! GMC is a reliable brand & you really are getting what you pay for! 100 percent would buy again!
The staff at Southern Kia Chesapeake are so friendly and courteous. They treat every customer as family. Joe Miller , Cynthia Adam, and Brian Johnson has the best customer service relation I have ever encountered. I will be recommending the dealership to others.

I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very satisfied with my purchase and the friendly atmosphere.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
I was looking at getting a new vehicle and wanted something big and powerful! I hadn't owned a diesel truck before so I was clueless on what would be a good fit for me. Jeff was so helpful! He took the time to go over the ins and outs of every brand and what they had to offer. He answered so many questions I had and even while I couldn't decide which one I gave him a call on his personal phone and took the time to really narrow it down. I am always skeptical purchasing from a dealership but I knew that buying from him was definitely the right choice and he really made me feel like a friend and not just some sucker that would get taken advantage of. I'm so happy with my purchase and now the wife wants one too!! We will definitely be buying all of our future vehicles from him. Thanks for making me feel like part of the family Jeff!
