Had a great experience with the staff. The salesman, Peter, didn???t hassle me into anything I didn???t want. Lou was very helpful and down to earth. I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.

POOR headlights - how could they sell this without disclosing? Okay seats - heated cloth was nice. Lackluster performance with 5.3. 17 mpg Good mirrors. Tires lasted 55k. Good brakes. Smooth shifting trans. Stereo display so bright at night it is distracting. Dim it down and you cannot read gauges. Engineers on this truck were asleep at the wheel. Good look. Glad to be rid of it!
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
My two contacts were with Harry The salesman and Steve in the finance department. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience. Steve in the finance department was also completely professional and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know, and will definitely consider this dealership in future vehicle purchases.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

Love the style and the towing power, I have owned my 2017 Sierra Denali for 2 months and it’s been great. Smooth ride and love the electronics it has.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.

Have driven this for almost 3 years now and LOVE IT!!! GMC is a reliable brand & you really are getting what you pay for! 100 percent would buy again!
Recently purchased a Buick Regal from Stephens Buick GMC. The salesman Mike and staff were professional and a pleasure to do business with. Interior design is attractive and exterior is really sharp and car is nothing but smooth riding.
Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.

Sold a lemon with severe transmission problems & an still fighting to get it fixed. I purchased on 9/8-2018 & it’s been I. The shop more than it has been driven. I was ripped off.
My salesman was pape and his apprentice Austin. They got me into my dream truck. The gmc 1500 sierra denali with the denali ultimate package. Pape made the process so easy and simple and gave me nice trade in on my 7 year old tacoma. I plan. On having this denali for years to come but when I want to trade in for another I will definitely be back. Every time I get out of my truck I get compliments on her. Thank you pape
We recently purchased a Subaru here for me and when my husband got into a car accident and needed a new car we knew just where to go. Anthony and Rich are amazing. They were so wonderful and walked us through everything step by step. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of here, but genuinely feel taken care of. I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
My husband and I went to Blasius South in Stratford in desperate need of a new car. My husbands car had broken down for the 3rd time in just a few months and we didn’t wanna waste anymore money on it. Mike D and Mike L were amazing! They found a great car for my husband; reliable, great condition and spacious for the car seats. We also still owed money on our old car and they helped us trade it in and work out an affordable deal. We are so grateful for Blasius South and how much they helped us! Thank you Mikey and Mike!

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
From the moment I met with Vinny Barolli @ Blasius South in Stratford Ct . he treated me like family. Vinny was very easy going but attentive to my inquires as i proceeded to ask every question about many cars and test drive each one. It became very clear to me that no matter which car i chose , this man would be the person i purchased a vehicle with. He answered every question, no mater how small, as if it were the most important thing in the world. He also made sure that i got the best possible deal . From now on i will buy all my future vehicles @ Blasius South.. Great job Vinny.

I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
Great group of guys down at Blasius. I’d recommend these guys anyday. Great lineup of trucks and just overall good dealership

Good looking exterior , great dashboard gauges and easy to use. I have a 5.3 Z71 with 3.42 rear end my one complaint is it seems sluggish when you push the gas to get going. If I could have a do over I would get the 6.2 V8 but GM makes you buy an SLT or above. They need to make that engine available in all models. I have just over 18K on mine and have had no issues.
I can't say that this is a good or bad place to buy a car because I never got that far. I saw a car online I was interested in,so I reached out to Blasius and they quickly contacted me. I told him I would buy the car but I can't make a big down payment. He gave me the number of the purchase price and I was OK with it.So I gave him my info and he got me approved for financing. He told me that I would have to get $1200 to put down. I responded that $500 was the best I could do. He called back and said $800 was the lowest possible down payment. I asked if he could negotiate the selling price to make it work.He said he'd check. Never called me back. I was ready willing and able to buy and this dealership let me walk over $300. But I did find another dealer that was willing to work with me.
We have been shopping around for quite sometime and even though we ended up purchasing new elsewhere; I was more than pleased with the level of service we received from Vangjel Barolli. He was diligent, patient and above all kind and courteous. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a great used car.
