I contacted this dealer about a car that I was looking and the contact person did everything I requested! I asked for the build invoice and he promptly emailed it to me! I also felt no pressure from the sales person! Thanks for the info and pictures!

Normally when going to a dealership you get "attacked by salesmen" but here it felt more like they were welcoming you into their home. LEE did such an amazing job getting not only me, but my mother into a new car, he knew my budget right off the start and he told me he could do it. I only have nice things to say about Lee and all the other gentlemen who helped me. Normally the waiting process for paperwork and the bank is slow and dreadful but they sure knew how to keep me and my family smiling and having a good time. Thanks guys!
This was, without a doubt the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I came to Bob King to look at a Buick Cascada. I was in the market for a new car and I wanted a convertible. I had my eye on a used Cascada in Sanford NC but wanted my husband to see a Cascada before I bought it. We came into the show room and Mr. Carrol met us at the door, introduced himself and let us look at the cars you had on the lot. We drove one and loved it and we were going to buy the one in Sanford but when Mr. Carrol started talking numbers Sanford went out the window and I bought a buick from Bob King. I had pre arranged financing and your finance manager beat my credit union inside out and the deal he presented was fantastic. Your service people were awesome, your salesman was awesome, and your finance guy was awesome. They took care of everything and it was so easy. I love my Cascada and the next time I buy a car it will be from your dealership. Thank you all so much- you have a life long customer with us.
ALL of the Staff at Bob King understand and display the true meaning of customer service. They truly want your business and make sure you are completely satisfied. Aside from doing what is expected, they go way above and beyond. One example; I never opened or, for that matter, touched a door while I was there because someone was opening it for me. Found a used Hi-bred camry on Bob Kings listings, Called the dealer in Wilimngton was advised it was still there..Before I left my home I called the dealership and advise that I was on my way to Wilimngton to check and had a contact name and asked if they still had the car. After an hour and half trip I arrived ready to look at the vehicle. found the used car lot and was directed to the name given me. He checks his list and informs me the car was in Charleston, But that he had others that I may be interested.in. I wasn't happy to have driven 160 miles round trip to look at a car that they should have told me was in Charleston. No apology, No Sorry about the misunderstanding, Just wanted to show me cars I wasn't interested in. I would have a very hard time trusting this dealership.if what I went through was the way they treat their customers.
