I went in needing a new car and even though I got the vehicle I wanted there was a mess up with the banks so I had to get info to them about my income and make a trip back. This also resulted in me paying $50 more on my payment which I was not happy about. Also I asked about a few minor things and it never got addressed. All in all I wanted to get my down payment and my trade in back but I love my new car.
I brought the car in to investigate the indicator light showing there was something wrong with the electronic breaks. The appointment was at 09:10. Upon arriving at the dealership I made it very clear that I needed to leave at 10:15 am no later. If there was a major issue I was prepared to bring the car back. Around 10:45 I was informed there was an issue with a sensor. They had the part and we’re going to replace it. I again indicated I need to leave by 10:15. At 10:10 I proceeded out to the service desk when I was told “ they would get me as soon as the work was done. At 10:30 I was very irritated. I told the service person he had 10 minutes or he was to put the car back together and I was leaving. I finally left at 10:45.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.

I purchased my Toyota from a dealer in Indiana back in 2009 and now call Kerry Toyota home. I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and Mr. Anderson the CSR I spoke with with was very professional . I was also able to schedule my appointment online which made things work out even better. A class act all around. I even received a telephone call from Toyota to check out how my experience was. I will definitely return and recommend Kerry Toyota to others.

Don’t look anywhere else for a new Honda. BRADY is the go to man for doing a deal. He will work you a great deal. He saved me money, time, and hassles from the other dealers. I had narrowed it down to a few cars and he asked me a few questions and told me what he thought was best for me and it was my first choice in my head, and the lesser expensive vehicle so you know he wasn’t all about the money. He looked at my car and gave me a number which I thought was low at first but he showed me his homework and it was fair. He treated me with respect and my salesman Gordon was a true pleasure to work with as well. He is a true saint! I’m not the best with technology and he spent 30 minutes plus helping me. I honestly feel as they are the best in the business... they hear it quite often! I will be back! God Bless you two!
Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
My wife and I have been shopping for a 5th wheel trailer for the last couple of years. We meet Art Flores at Holman well over a year ago when we stopped in to see a 5th wheel we saw on line. We told Art at the time that we were just looking around to decide on which brand and model we were going to purchase at a future date. During the course of our decision making process, we switched models a couple of times before choosing the Forest River, Arctic Wolf. Art never gave up on us and always replied to my phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Art for anyone looking for an RV at Holman Motors. He is a great guy with a good personality.
