Buying our van was easy. Our salesman Kevin Moore, was knowledgable and easy going. Waiting for the "detailing / cleaning" took forever. As in over 2 hours. We got so tired of waiting, we asked for them to go get it no matter if it was finished being cleaned.

I have a 2006 JCW and it's been a really GREAT car, but it's also been a money pit. I LOVE my car and have dropped a bunch into mods and maintenance. I went to several "MINI specialists" in the area and always seemed to have to go back to the dealer to get what they did fixed, so now I just go to the dealer. Their service crew is Top Notch! They are trained and don't think of our cars as just "nuts and bolts". They understand that for many of us our car is part of the family and treat it accordingly. The service area, like the showroom, is spotless and everybody is friendly and knowledgeable. Their equipment is top of the line, state of the art!! Parker even sends their high end cars there for alignment (I once saw a Lamborghini in for alignment and tires!)! Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you have to have something done twice to correct another company's mistake, then you are bucks up! The big plus is that they also warrantee their work. If anything they fix goes out within 2 years, parts and labor is free! I've used this several times on motor mounts and a couple of times on other stuff and it has saved me big bucks. All in all, the BEST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR MINI SERVICED, no doubt!!
We r repeat customers and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Kami is the BEST! The process of buying my Tacoma was simplified by him. He helped us to get a deal we were comfortable with and we feel we got a good deal and reasonable price on our trade-in. He has earned us as family customers for life. BTW, from the minute we walked in we felt good about being there. EVERY employee we walked passed greeted us warmly. Not so sure about the receptionist though, she seemed indifferent to my being there. Also, i dont remember the name of the finance manager but he was outstanding too.
This dealership is the best! The sales people are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to see that your needs are met. There is no pressure. They will do whatever it takes to see that you are given the best deal possible and are there even after the sale. Everyone is so friendly. You will be happy to deal with this dealership.
Very disappointed, with 11000 miles the driver seat finish is coming off. Very lows miles for a 2016. Would not cover under any kind of warranty. Very unhappy. Product should last longer than this. We have had several Chev.
