Eric - was willing to work around my schedule, and was able to assist me in getting the price for my vehicle to what I was able to afford by working around several options. He even had a few matchbox cars to keep my kids a bit occupied. As well, asssited with my outgoing phone calls for change of services with insurnace/OnStar service due to my deafness.
It is a rare family owed dealerships that prides themselves on great deals and excellent service. Eric went above and beyond to help us get familiar with all the new options. We had a very pleasant car buying experience and would recommend them to everyone. That entire staff was very pleasant and wanted to make sure we were happy in every way.
Jim was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. No wonder hes been there for 20yrs! Also, the staff in whole was great. The after hours pick up was very convenient. Leslie was very engaging and her joy was contagious! I will not use Faulkner for all my mechanical needs. Well done!
The service department at Faulkner is exceptional Jack Platt is professional and responsive. The waiting area is clean and very professional. I would consider this dealership if/when I buy a new vehicle.
I was a little disappointed because I called ahead of time to let them know I was dropping my car off Tuesday night. Friday we got a call at noon that they found the keys in the dropbox and was going to look at the car. We were told they were shortstaffed and therefore did not get to the car till Saturday evening. Had I known I would???ve kept my car and dropped it off Friday night. We were down to one car with three kids and it made it very difficult for us from Tuesday to Saturday down to one car.
After a disappointing experience with my new vehicle and the towing service involved, it was refreshing to meet the service department at Faulkner GMC. They had a courtesy vehicle awaiting me and made the transition as smooth as possible . During the week that followed they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and explained to me why and what they were doing to the vehicle. Today I have my vehicle back and it is working properly. I am very pleased with the service I received at Faulkner, I can only hope I receive the same service from my vehicle.

Great service, vehicle done when promised, would highly recommend this dealership for Duramax service. We also had a couple recalls fixed on another vehicle and was very pleased with every aspect. Keep up the great work Faulkner!
