when I first contacted dealer by phone to ask questions on car I was looking at the salesperson could not answer my questions on the car and the gm insentives being givin. he also just could not speak clearly at all about what he wanted to say.. so I got upset and ended conversation. when I called back later to speak to a different salesperson and asked the same questions. he said oh you were just talking to so and so who I do not remember any names but I said he could not answer my questions, so this sales rep got short with me because I ended conversation with other rep. so I ended my phone call with him also.
I stopped at dealer a day later and saw a female sales rep who by far was the most reasonable person I spoke with she went out of her way to help me. she told me she was new and got answers for me when she could not answer mine.
Fast and Friendly Professional Service Personnel. I have dealt with Mark McCarthy for years and will continue to do business with him in the future. Also Galean Clark in the service Departments as well as the rest of the crew have always treated us special.
Minor issues with the jeep I purchased, however, Taylors concern for the customer (myself) is apparent in their willingness to help remedy the situation. I recommend this company.
