We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
Another enjoyable experience with our recent purchase at Pellegrino Buick GMC, thanks to Lou Cerota. One again, Lou has gone out of his way to make sure our car buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. Lou made sure we understood all functions of the car. We have lost count of the number of cars we have purchased or lease from Lou. Thanks also for his secretary's (Craig) assistance.
My Salesman Denny Pratta worked very hard from start to finish to put me in a great pre-owned truck. They worked very hard to get me the best possible financing. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
First off let me start by saying I had never heard of nor visited this dealership until Monday this week. Because of our growing family I decided to sell my truck for a more practical car. Upon entering i was greeting kindly by an associate who directed me to the used car manager; Joe C. He goes by Joe C because in all fairness I don't think even he can say his last name; Just kidding. Anyway Joe C was spectacular in every fashion. He was courteous, asked me about my truck, and complimented me on maintaining it. Afterwards, he discussed with me the many options available and what he could pay for the truck. We reached a price that was more than fair and at no time did he try to pressure me into buying anything. As someone who has owned 25 cars or so, I can attest dealers like Joe C are becoming red herrings ( hard to find). Next time I am in the market for A Buick or GMC, I am calling Joe C.

We weren't always 'dealer' people, but from our purchase through years of servicing, Barlow has been tops with us ! The entire staff is committed to providing excellent customer service in both the sales and service areas.
My wife and I had a great experience with F.C. Kerbeck when purchasing our new 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales person Greg Henkel was awesome to deal with. He did not pressure us in anyway and that is one thing I respect. The dealership itself was awesome to deal with. My 7 year old daughter was starting to get hungry after being there a few hours and the dealership went and bought us lunch. I would strongly recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!!

This is one of the greatest places I have ever been! The sales staff is excellent this is truly the best GMC dealership to go to! Moose was outstanding in selling me my new truck everything was just as he told me over the phone. I just came in and he had the truck waiting for me all ready to go. Awesome place there is no other car dealership like them honest and professional! The Best!
Moose was very helpful and paitent. No ( well maybe a little) buying pressure. Very lnowledgable on the cars we were discussing. We made a win win deal then did a cpmertial and I suprized him with a bobblehead moose!!!
THE SALESMAN WAS FRIENDLY AND GOT ME APPROVED IMMEDIATLEY AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH FROM THAT POINT FORWARD. NO HASSLE OVER PRICING I TOLD HIM WHAT I HAD TO PUT DOWN AND WHAT I COULD AFFORD TO PAY EACH MONTH AND THAT WAS IT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS WHEN IAM READY TO BUY ANOTHER SUV.
I purchased my car new in 2012 with Jim (now the trade-in Mgr.) as my salesman. Easy experience, no hassles. I will deffinetly return for a new car this coming year.
