Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-

Happy to say Wiesner had it all and after shopping numerous Houston dealerships we made the deal in record time. I was so pleased, we bought two Yukon XL's that evening. Jason had the patience of Job when it came to explaining the finance options and particularly teaching the unbelievable technology in those units. Johnnie on the spot with his math skills also. Great experience all around.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best dealerships I've walked into and had the pleasure of working with. Everyone, especially Marc, was super friendly and at my service. Awhile back I bought a Subaru from Marc Carrera and the service has been great on it. I feel that they really care about their customers and I have taken my Subaru to them everytime it needs service. I get it back in a timely manner and never have any problems with the functionality.

I drove four hours to pick up our new truck so I was very concerned that it was represented correctly. After arriving I was very happy with the vehicle and everything was as promised. These guys clearly care about their customers. I would like the owner to know that he needs additional finance people. I brought a certified check and all paperwork was completed prior to arrival but it still took over two hours to finalize. My finance guy was great so that is not the issue, he was just overbooked.
David and everyone else were great and so helpful! He was also great with keeping my daughter busy. I'm so happy with my purchase! The car is beautiful!!
