There were moments where we were about to walk out of the dealership but they worked really hard to turn around the sale and make the numbers work. John was a great salesmen who worked hard to resolve issues and make the sale happen. He worked hard to show us multiple vechile options for us to test drive and pick from.
Second car I have bought from there and each time I had to have repairs made within a few days of purchasing. Now even not two weeks later it needs an oil change as well. Few days after I got it home I took it back cuz it needed brakes and rotors.
Thank s to this dealership for the call and the explanation for my extended wait for the service on my truck. This showed me that there are auto dealers that put their customers first on their list. Thanks again Joe D.
My new car experience was smooth from beginning to end. Carter helped me, a senior citizen, understand which features would be best for me and which model would suit me well. Definitely will consider going back to Runde’s.
My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from wood house in the last year and both times it was a great experience thanks Tim Fancher(Jeep side) for recommending Seth on the GMC side would recommend either of these sales men for your vehicle needs
Walked in told them exactly what I wanted and where I needed to be to make a deal and it happened no games no wheeling and dealing. I've been working with Kevin Bancroft for years and he still works for empire keeping going above & beyond to keep the customers happy.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Fantastic experience buying a new Terrain at SLV GMC. The sales reps, Lucas and Jason, were courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about us making the right decision on a new car. The managers, Rob and Mike, were friendly and non-aggressive; all other dealerships we visited, unfortunately, did not meet this standard set by SLV GMC. Ultimately, we got a fair value on our trade-in and a great price on a new car. Cannot overstate how great this place is.
Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. They acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism at every step, which is a refreshing way to buy a car. Also when returning for follow-up maintenance, again they exceeded my expectations. It was my first Mercedes purchase and this dealership was hands down the best, compared to others visited. The facility is top-notch, the people are kind, friendly and customer focused. There was zero pressure - it was a truly professional experience. Plus a more than fair deal. This is an excellent dealership - was obvious the people are focused on operating with highest integrity. Would definitely recommend!
