I posted previously about my experience with Frisco CDJR. Since then, Paul Failor and Vinny Attaguille addressed all of my concerns and earned my business. Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. I would like to amend my previous comments and share that the leadership of Frisco Dodge Jeep does take an active interest in their relationships and given the time & opportunity to discuss them, they will do right.
On September 17, 2018, my daughter and I were there to purchase a
vehicle. Our salesman was Vinnie. Vinnie was the most caring, patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable person that we have EVER encountered at any dealership. Vinnie DID NOT PRESSURE us to purchase a vehicle just for a sale, he worked with us and told us to take our time. We explained the situation to Vinnie about a bad experience at another dealership the day before.
Tracey Brown, the Financial Director was also such a great caring, kind, professional and knowledgeable person, very down to earth.
Any friends or family that are looking to purchase a vehicle, we will send them right to Frisco Dodge...Ask For Vinnnie!!!! Kudos to Vinnie and Tracey.

Reason I bought was due to Shawn Waara briefing me well regarding Ferrari I had not seen.Shawn repeatedly sent pictures of things I wanted to know regarding car such as Navigatiin , year of manufacture label etcetera
The staffs were not friendly like I read others comment on Cars.com app. I do not write their name but he and his friend does not have good attitude with me. My car had got problem immediately after I drove out without warranty. Almost dealer always have police of warranty for new car and use cars, too. One of the staffs said with me that ' If you do not have a intention to buy, do not waste my time when he takes me to see my car. After that, I have to spend my money to repair my car at the dealer which manufacture my car.
Have been a customer of Land Rover of DALLAS since 2011. We have purchased 5 cars from them . We have used the same sales person for each person. Nick P. Is wonderful!
