Not sure why they are selling greeting cards and candy ( besides the vending machines) but it seems a little tacky, just my opinion
Called and scheduled service a week in advance with the intention of waiting at the dealership for the service to be performed. Arrived on time and was promptly processed. I was advised in advance of the expected cost of the service that would be performed. Service was performed in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the constant suggestion by Peruzzi Service Writers to have a throttle body cleaning performed. GM suggests to perform the service every 15,000 miles, Peruzzi suggests it every service visit (5000 miles). I've used this shop for preventive service and selective repairs for eight years and feel good about the experience overall.
