The sales rep. at Ocean Crest (David) was very much on our side, patiently answering all of our questions and presented himself as a very straightforward, knowledgeable and honest person. The price Ocean Crest was asking for the vehicle we purchased was very fair and the sales manager was amazing and down to earth, going the extra mile to ensure all of our needs were met. We were really taken care of. The atmosphere, professionalism, kindness and quality of service made us feel like Ocean Crest was buying our car with us. Ocean Crest Chevrolet made the car buying process easy and fun. I enjoyed working with the sales team through the entire process. I recommend anyone reading this to come down and give those guys a try. I know the next time I have to purchase a new car I will comeback to Ocean Crest!
KIRK IT IS HARD TO WRITE A REVIEW AS WE DO NOT HAVE OUR BUCK REGAL BACK DUE TO NO FAULT OF THE DEALERSHIP OR THE TECHNICIANS. THE BUICK HAS BEEN IN YOUR SHOP OFF AND ON FOR OVER A MONTH DUE TO A PROBLEM WHICH IS A PUZZLE TO ALL. THE TECHNICIAN COMING OUT THIS COMING WEEK MAY BE ABLE TO SEE THE PROBLEM AND REPAIR OUR VEHICLE WHICH OCEAN CREST SOLD TO US. WHEN THE QUESTIONNAIRE COMES UP AGAIN I WILL ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BEST I CAN BUT WITHOUT OUR CAR IT IS DIFFICULT TO ANSWER. WE HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM HAYWARDS OCEAN CREST OVER MANY YEARS AND ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. THE SERVICE DEPT, THE TECHNICIANS AND THE EMPLOYEES WITH OCEAN CREST HAVE BEEN VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. THE DEALERSHIP IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND IN TALKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE THEY DRIVE UP FROM PORTLAND, SOUTH BEND AND MANY OTHERS AREAS I AM NOT AWARE OF. WE KNOW YOU ARE DOING WHAT YOU CAN TO FIND A SOLUTION TO OUR BUICK REGAL. WE THANK YOU ALL FOR THAT AND YOUR CONCERN.
