I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Anthony was an awesome help in obtaining our new Jeep! He was easy to work with, friendly, not a typical salesman! He was able to get us to where we wanted to be with payments and we appreciate his efforts! Love our new Jeep Cherokee!
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
The absolute best car buying experience in my sixty eight years of life. I was treated in a wonderful manner and they took great care of me I would recommend this place to anyone. I called them yesterday and when I got there I was greeted by name and everything was ready to go.

Adam, Gregg, Ryan and the rest of the team at Star really put in time and effort to make me happy in the truck I wanted, with a rate, payment, and ext warranty that I expected. This is my 5th vehicle from Star, and I will continue to deal there, as well as send my friends.

I wanted to update my truck so I reached out to Adam. I contacted him over Thanksgiving while he was off, but he still got back to me right away! I was extremely impressed with the fast and courteous service and will definitely go back to him next time I need anything!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.
This is our 3rd Hyundai and Puazza Hyundai of Limerick never disappoints. Our sales rep Tiffany Seifrit is extremely knowledgeable about EVERY auto in that dealership! The service department is exceptional too. They never perform service on your vehicle without your approval! I highly recommend this dealership.
Went to several different other dealerships and all were painful long tedious with the EXCEPTION OF LANDSDALE Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. REGINA JACOBS was refreshing… informative, patient showed me several different options to meet our budget. She then worked her butt off in trying to get me the magic # that I required. Inventory at Lansdale Dodge Jeep Ram has Quality Stock far better than other dealerships. Do what we did… Venture out and see for yourself that you will not want to go to another dealership when you compare.
This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.

The people here were absolutely excellent. They were knowledgeable, responsive and understanding. I dealt with Kristen and Tim on my purchase here and could not be happier with the service. When it comes to customer service it is obvious they hold the highest of standards. I can't say enough about the staff and mangagement here at Patriot. Our experience with Patriot for the purchase of a new Buick Enclave and a certified pre-owned Chevy Equinox was probably the easiest, pressure free car buying experience I have ever experienced. Both their GM/Buick and Chevy showrooms are very well take care of, and their service waiting area is very comfortable and convenient to get some work done while waiting.
