Awesome customer services; none better in my eyes. Focused fully on doing a great job in a timely manner. Loaner car was our salvation because starting a new job and getting to work are a top priority.

Went in thinking that I'd be turned away due to my sketchy credit due to recent Hurricane Harvey and his wake of destruction to include any possible "good" credit for years to come, BUT --- upon hearing my reasons for entering the dealership and seeing/looking over my 2000 Buick Century that I had to attempt to trade in as well -- the salesman took a look at me and my credentials and made a few inquiries on the phone and online and told me that not only could he put me behind the wheel of a Kia, but behind that wheel of a BRAND NEW KIA as well ! From there on, things sailed in calm waters and a couple hours later, I was leaving the dealership in my brand new Kia and I totally LOVE THIS CAR !!! Everyone at the dealership was exceptional as far as professional, kind and knowledgable and I really felt like a VIP the entire time I was there.
I brought my Colorado in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Eric was my service writer. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take to service my truck. He made me feel comfortable while waiting for the shuttle to take me home. I have a lease vehicle and purchasing a vehicle. I am a repeated customer. At the end of my lease I will be back.
I will also keep coming back to get both vehicles serviced there.
We let Jamie know what we needed and she got it for us. Easy as that. She knows everything about her vehicles and she had no trouble getting us the financing we wanted. We spent hours at another dealership and got no where close to the deal we got from Jamie at Demontrond! We are so pleased with our buying experience!
Every employee I worked with was courteous and friendly. At no point did I feel like shark bait on a hook, nor did I feel like a dropped wad of cash. Mark took the time to explain several items to me a second time when I had questions about something. Financing was a great experience as it could be with all the anxiety of signing what amount to a small mortgage payment.
Outstanding service. Martin Hristov, Sales Rep was outstanding. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I tried a few cars before selecting the GLE 400 and I was very satisfied with the service. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and helped make the process go smoothly. This was not my first time buying a vehicle at Mercedes Greenway, and I hope to continue to buy there again in the future.
Our salesman was Christopher Santiago, I made him aware that I had a limited amount of time because I had to go to work. He expedited everything and got us in and out in no time. He was professional and courteous and made us feel like we were family! I will definitely be returning!
Called Mbrace from the car, luckily the battery died in my garage. After 71k miles and 4 1/2 years it was expected. Mbrace sent out Ben within 5 minutes from M-B Greenway with a new battery, and we were ready to roll within 30 minutes. Cannot get any better than that. We than the Lord it did not happen 24 hours later for we would have been on the road and on TG day.
I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.
I was looking at a mercedes benz at shawws motor credit for a couple weeks.i was flying back from atlanta with a stop in houston.i called bedis the salesman i had been in contact with to send an uber to get me from the airport which he did.i arrived at shawns motor credit and the car was already detailed and washed and ready to go. bedis had my papereork prepared and after some contract signatures i was on the road with my new car.in fact i was on the phone longer with my insurance than it took to sign the paperwork. I would recommend buying a car from shawns motor credit and speaking with bedis as your car salesman.. bedis is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to give you a straight answer.
