My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. Was shopping for a used car and we stopped in. Owner was a really nice guy and tried to help us find something that would fit our needs. He didn't have anything on his lot at the time but told us he would keep and eye out and even pointed us in to other dealers for possible options. Was very helpful.
As a first time buyer at a dealership, I was very pleased with my experience at Bill's and Son. I was shopping around for Jeeps, and came across this dealership, which had a great selection to pick from and very fair pricing. I decided on a very clean 2000 Jeep Wrangler, and Jeff worked with me so I could afford the vehicle.
There is a reason Bill's and Son has been in business for 46 years; They are reputable, fair, and honest. I will definitely be staying in touch with them for future purchases.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Also they were no pushy about anything. They were all about what I was interested in shopping for! The website was a great tool for shopping ahead of time and Dan the internet sales rep had my car ready for a test drive when I got there! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.
This was not my first experience at a car dealership and I can confidently say, without a doubt, this was m best experience ever. The sales representative I was with was exceptionally helpful and kind as I was shown around the lot. The test drive was nice and the route they have gives you a nice variety of environments to test the vehicle out on. Payment was a breeze and by the time I left I felt as though I knew everyone there. Best lot out on the automile!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I have been looking for a specific vehicle and couldnt believe I ran across it using Cars.com. I sent an email, I was contacted rather quickly ( which I liked ) and went to the dealer to see the vehicle. It was everything I had been looking for and more, and was fairly priced. My salesman Al was awesome and went above and beyond for me. I plan on keeping this car for a while but if I were in the market for another car, I would definitely go back to Lambert Buick...and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle.

Impressed with everything. Everyone was courteous and not pushy which means a lot to me at such a stressful time. Hadn't purchased a car for 13 years and everything was different on the 2018 car. Have had the Buick for 2 weeks and just beginning to feel comfortable operating and driving it. I am a dedicated GM owner.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Excellent Customer service along with being friendly and professional. I was in and out within an hour and was please with all the services provided! The staff are by far the most talented in making you feel confident and comfortable!

This is an honest business. My son bought a Jeep here and it turned out to have a bad engine. These guys replaced the motor within a couple of days. Wow! I am so impressed with this business. Will recommend every Chance I get!
After leaving the lot the car battery died. My salesman was very good. The jury is Out on the repair service. So far it looks Like the battery.
