I had an excellent journey throughout the purchase of my new Jeep Compass. I had the opportunity to work with Robin through email and texting to seal the deal. She was great to work with. She was not working the only day I could make the 2 hour trip, so she handed off all the documents of the deal to another salesperson, Jason. Upon arrival at the facility, Jason met me before I could get to the building. He was also great. The finance guy was also wonderful to work with. Sorry, I can't remember your name. He was certainly a live wire. Keep me in conversation the whole time. I was in and on the road within 2 hours. Great deal.
Last week the 10,000 mile service was completed on my 2018 Volvo XC90 Inscription (which I purchased from Friendship Volvo last fall.) The customer service was excellent from start (scheduling an appointment) to the completion. The Service Manager, Sherri, was exceptional helpful. She was very professional in making sure everything that needed to be done was completed. She is a credit to the Service Dept. and to Friendship Volvo. / Also, a few months ago I had some accessories installed on my XC90 - including a Dog Gate! - and the process then was also first class. The young man who installed the accessories (Scooter?) did an excellent job./FYI a question below asked if I would recommend this dealer to a friend - which I did recently. I recommended Friendship Volvo to a co-worker who had seen my XC90, and he and his wife purchased an XC90 from you about 2 weeks ago.

Want to thank Jonathan Coffey for doing a great job and making us feel like he cared about what we needed,he worked for several days getting us the deal we needed,best salesman I have every dealt with.Aaran Hightower in finance was also a big help after already being in agreement with deposit already paid I asked Aaron cant you get us a better interest rate and geuss what almost a whole % point lower when he didnt have to now where does that happen at.Teresa Hannah in accesories sales was also a big help with what we needed extra ,great attitude, thanks to all of you!We drove for 2 and half hours from North Carolina really expecting the worse because of past experiences in my 50 years but just cant say enough about how good of an experience we had..When I buy another car I will head back to Toyota of Kingsport,best service,best attitudes,best dealer period...and they sell the most dependable car on the market,why would you go anywhere else..Absolutely check here first!Doug &Tammy from North Carolina,thanks again!!!!

We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband said let???s try one more place and that place was Wallace. Our salesman???s name was George Barton he was very kind and helpful and he got us into a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander for only $50 more a month than we were paying for our old 2007 van! Great experience buying a car ever!Jonathan Coffey was great to deal with,answered every question worked for several days improving the deal for us.Unbelievable experience just cant say enough about the deal,great salesman.Also want to think Aaron in finance who after we had already committed to the buy,I asked the question are you sure we cant get a better rate of financing,he could have stayed on the rate,but no he got us almost 1% lower rate,now thats some kind of service!Also would like to thank Teresa Hannah for all her help in the Accessory sales dept..Im telling you we drove for two and half hours and was not disappointed,after years of playing the car buying game with people that are not up front and honest it blew me away the way this group treated me and my wife.Never walked away from buying a car feeling like I had been treated fair and with respect before today..when buying a car...AAA++++If you dont check here first when you buy it will be your loss..#1 Kingsport Toyota...definitely will buy here again.....
Very prompt replies to inquiries. Very nice to deal with in person. Buying process when quickly once started.
However, they either did not inspect the car well enough or intentionally withheld information that would have been nice to know before driving 6 hours to look at it. "Is there rust on it?" I was immediately sent a picture of one spot where paint had been scraped off and showed a small amount of rust. What I wasn't told was that the hood was covered in pockmarks that will lead to rust soon, and that there were dings and scratches in many places that will do the same. Perhaps they didn't know the car had been in an accident, but we could tell as soon as we saw it. The door hadn't even been put back together properly and the paint was close, but not quite. Although they had a shop inspect and fix some things, there is still a bad wheel bearing that we will need to fix that was not even mentioned. No backseat head rests. Driver side speaker not working at all. Seemingly random things damaged that were not mentioned in the listing. I may still have traveled 6 hours if I had known these things, but they could have done a better job inspecting and outlining issues when listing the car.
The car is serving its purpose of getting good gas mileage and having a lot of cargo room, but there are a bunch of little things we will be responsible for fixing for it to look and run decently. Great people to work with, but needs improvement when it comes to thoroughly listing their inventory.
