We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.

Perry and Jasmine were fantastic. Perry was quick to great us and ask what we were looking for. He provided options and was not pushy. Once we agreed on purchase Perry referred us to Jasmine in finance. She listened to our wishes in regards to our financing options and made recommendations off of what we???re asking for only. I hate dealerships and I typically try to buy private party when I can but Carl Black has changed my opinion on the entire experience. I couldn???t find what I wanted anywhere until I found Carl Black. The sales team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and knew I was being treated fairly. The used car selection top quality, not like those pop up stores you see lined down the street.... Matt Hernandez in used cars was very up front and Eric in finance found me a better rate than even my own bank would offer. A++ will be a repeat customer.

Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!
The car was exactly as advertised. I drove from SC to Atlanta to see the car. I had spoken to Dianne on the phone and she had the car ready to go. The whole transaction was effortless. After the test drive I was driving the vehicle home in 45 minutes. Enjoyed the experience.
