I have been very pleased with the service received when an issue comes up. Customer service is very personable in which the stats are presented in detail regarding the service needed. The facilities were excellent such as free gifts, coffee bar, snacks in which I have never seen at any other dealership. The pricing was a bit high compared to the same items that could be purchased retail. Otherwise the service is dependable and you get what you pay for....knowing you will be safe in your car. Thank You for your service.

He was kind and patient with both my wife and I through the whole process. He took both her feelings, and mine into account while trying to help us. We also had a screaming baby sitting in the backseat with him while test driving the car I was looking at.

Came to test drive a Regal Tour X as it appeared that such a vehicle was most likely to meet our current wants and needs. Christian was most helpful and the test drive went well. I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
