I took my KIA Soul in for some repair work, while it was in the shop a salesman offered to sell us a new KIA. He offered a very good deal and we left with a 2018 KIA Optima. The salesman's name is Joseph Dowler and he is a very honest man.

My wife hates car shopping. We had been to another KIA dealer and test drove both models we liked, but kept feeling like we were getting the runaround - the car we asked about that was on the internet was on site, but not at the price quoted on the internet. Of course, they the attempted to sell us the most loaded of the models that we liked.
When we arrived at Ray Skillman, Connor Lopardo greeted us in the freezing cold and we told him that we had test drove the models that we liked, we were now needing to get to a monthly payment which would fit into our budget. He worked with us to find a car on lot, and then the finance department did an excellent job in reducing the payments to a point where it would fit in our budget.
My wife still hates car shopping, but I have to say that when we are looking for another car, Ray Skillman will be at the top of the list.
Shopping at Ray Skillman Kia was an extreme pleasure. Everyone from the salesman, Kohlin Miller, to the sales manager, to the finance department was extremely professional and courteous. They were not pushy in any way and we were able to make the deal with little "pain". I had a great experience at Falcone from start to finish! Tiffany was super helpful and made purchasing my VW Jetta fun and easy. She was very knowledgable and took the time to show me my vehicles features and how to use them. She also helped me return my rental vehicle which was greatly appreciated!

We worked with salesperson Nathan. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience easy. We came in a couple of times to look at the SUV we bought. He was patient, professional and answered our questions . We financed part of our purchase with Bill Estes. That was also quick and easy to deal with. Before we left we had one of their staff show us the features and how to use the sync 3 navigation and all of the controls. He was also very helpful. Good experience and would recommend working with Nathan on your car purchase.
Thay took time to answer all questions and was detailed Thay showed me the truck I wanted and not what thay wanted. It about 40 miles one-way to the dealership and I would definitely drive the extra miles for the service I received Great pepolehope to buy my next truck there also
I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
