Other than the couple of drives to Arlington from Stephens City I had a good experience. First impression was it was a small lot with little parking. They had a totally full lot! I had made an appointment to see the vehicle and it was clean and ready. We did a walk through of the unit in and out. There were a few issues and they told me they would take care of those things. I told them I'd return the following weekend to buy the unit. Pretty normal stuff really if you buy used cars....Here is the reason I bought from these guys......I went through a three month search for a Suburban with the least miles and latest year model for the least money.....I went to many dealers within a seventy five mile radius and honestly it was a bad experience as the majority of guys we talked to really didn't care if we bought or not. One guy was drinking coffee and threw me the keys and told me where to find it on the lot. I was tired of all the salesmen who where indifferent and uncaring. I get to Eagle and it was..."you are the boss Sir, tell us what you want and we'll make it happen. They did everything they said they'd do and more. They were busy to the max and they busted their tails working hard for me and everyone else. Compared to the large dealerships they were unsurpassed. Eager and honest. They won by business with integrity. I didn't haggle on pricing as they had the unit priced fairly and because they were eager to work on the "punch list" that we put together I didn't want to cut into their margin too badly. I got a good, fair deal. I am happy with the unit and it runs great. I just need to sell my 05 Suburban now to make my wife happy. Try these guys out!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler; I wanted something with low miles that was lifted with 35 inch tires. I had a lot of questions, received a spotty information from friends, and needed a little handholding… Matt and DTO customs was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
