This is by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. Buying groceries when you forget your list at home is harder. I was welcomed like family and treated as an equal during my visit and that itself was worth the trip. There was no running around or fillers saying "well... this or that" and it was amazing. I cannot thank these people enough for their help with me purchasing a GMC Acadia Denali. You guys are awesome!

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
Nathan was great. He actual listened to my needs and opinions.

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
There is lot of Aloha spirit and team work here. We certainly loved that. The sales team listened to what we were looking for in our car & our budget. The recommendations of each suggested cars were on point. As we talked even more of our needs & the type of the car taught we were looking for our Salesman suggested a car that was exactly what we were looking for. #1 priority was gas efficiency since I would be driving from one side of the island to the other side on a daily basis. The Hyundai Ioniq was the perfect fit for a small family of 4. Again Mahalo to everyone that helped us.
Best truck out of about 25 that I considered.

The manager at top value auto was not pushy and let us know if we had any questions or needed help please let him know. So we shopped around and found a really clean nissan 350z my husband wanted one for quite sometime now so we test drove the car and the salesman said we were approved within 3 minutes and just info of our paystubs and license we purchased a car at a bigger dealership before and felt rushed and when they got our down payment they took forever! We were at top value for 30 minutes and left with a car. The longest thing was getting our insurance. We are so grateful and God Bless you guys!!! Highly recommended and we will be back for my car after I save a down payment.

It’s the Perfect truck. Love the touch screen and technology. Heated and cooled seats. Dependable. Stylish. I’d recommend one to anyone looking for a great truck!
The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
My salesman Isaac Magofna was absolutely awesome!! I will definitely recommend family & friends to see him. He made our buying experience fast & easy. He made sure we were happy the whole way. Mahalo Isaac!

Phenomenal, may not be the Denali but is pretty close with only a few options missing, best vehicle I have owned or driven. Love it!
Roger is the guy to work with if you have the opportunity to buy a car. He is knowledgeable and very personable. We went in just expecting to test drive a new vehicle and he worked with us to get the numbers right and stayed well past closing to ensure we could take the car home same day. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience and still can't find a better deal either here on Oahu or on the Mainland. We're very happy with our experience!

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
I made initial contact with the dealership via the Internet and the GMC website. I was contacted (at my request) via email, then a follow-up phone call to make a time to see the truck. When I came to the dealership, I was introduced to Ray Guinto, and we chatted about my wants in a vehicle. Then we chatted about life in general, and discovered mutual friends. There was no pressure; no sales pitches; and he spent over an hour and a half with me while I looked at EVERY (!) Canyon on the lot. I finally gravitated to one in particular, and now I own it. He and the rest of the team (manager and finance personnel) treated me like family; explained everything I needed to know...all in a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac, and Ray in particular, for a no pressure shopping experience.

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
This was my first time in a car dealership and my experience working with Raymond was very professional, but fun! There was no pressure to buy and the process of getting our car was fast and easy! Yay😃

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
My experience with infinite was very smooth. Jerry was very professional in every way. I purchased my vehical on July 4 and I can honestly say I am completely satisfied. Thank you again Infiniti for the wonderful service.

It's a truck. But it's also so much more than that. The seats are comfortable, it has all of the latest electronic features, and it's pretty as can be, but the best part is the 6.2L Engine.
Not for the faint of heart.
My 2010 Infinity M35 went in for a scheduled engine maintenance and monthly detailing. During the maintenance inspection, it was discovered that the radiator fan shroud was cracked and it was recommended to replace it. The shroud was not a stock item but would be shipped to the dealership immediately. I took the car back a few days later and had the shroud replaced. When I picked up my vehicle, everything was explained to me in detail and I left completely satisfied with the work performed and excellent customer service displayed to me. I've owned a fair amount of vehicles and when compared to other service departments I've had to deal with, King Infinity of Honolulu is the best ever!

Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??
The staff at the service Department was awesome and professional, did a fantastic job, coffee bar was awesome as you wait for your car the coffee Cafe came in handy and the new decore was real European

The room ans comfort of this truck has no equal. Power and pulling power plus all the tech is by far the best i have had.
I bought a car sight unseen. They dropped it at docks a few days later. Have not seen it yet. Three weeks to get to California. Easy guys to work with

I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
The truck I wanted from them was in the process of being sold. They were truthful about the whole process and never tried to make any shady deals or anything but told me if it didn't work out then I could put in an offer. Easy and hassle free
