I selected a truck based on an online search and contacted the dealership. They responded within 20 minutes and assigned Rowland Laird to the sale. within the next 45 minutes, Rowland had answered all of my questions about the truck, sent me a great final price, and even sent me a video of him walking around the truck and explaining the features. Sadly, before I could get to the dealership 2 days later, truck was sold. Rowland informed me that day, sent a video of a different option, again with a great price. Great customer support. Although I eventually went with another vehicle, the experience was excellent.

Good friendly service only complaint when I got in car didn't hardly have a gas in it. They didn't really show me how to use any features.

This was the best buying experience I have had at a dealership. Danette was our sales person and she was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone conversation. We found the 4 Runner of my dreams online at Dan Deery. The 4 Runner was in transit when we reserved it and put the down payment on it. Danette kept us up to date of its whereabouts the whole time and sent us photos of it on their lot when it arrived. The whole experience was very exciting. Danette is very honest, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even got the accessories I wanted from the parts department and had them put into the 4 Runner while we where completing the buying process and at the end she sat in the 4 Runner showing us how to use all the technology. We drove 4 1/2 hrs from Illinois to buy and trade in our vehicle from Dan Deery and it was all worth it. Plus everyone made me feel so good the way they reacted when they seen my trade in and was shocked at how nice a 2006 Toyota with 190,000 miles on it was so well maintained and how good it looked. I’m excited and look forward to all the years I’m going to get out of this 4 Runner.

The entire experience from the sale through the financing office was no pressure. Often times the extended warranties are pushed very hard and the advantages discussed at nauseum when you decline. They accepted the no and understood my reasoning. Talked with other members of the staff while I was waiting for paperwork to be done and everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful even though they were not the ones involved in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove nearly three hours for the car I was looking for so it may be difficult to recommend them to my friends but will be suggesting they at least give them a look as the experience was that good. And the pricing on the used car I purchased was much better than anything in the area I am located at.
