My vehicle was at the repair shop for nearly a month. When I got it back the reason I brought it in still had not been repaired. That meant an additional two weeks and thousands more $ spent.
My vehicle was broken into and belonging stolen. Dealership still has not address that issue even with a police report. Customer service is horrible.
I will NEVER do any business with this dealership ever again.
Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
I was very pleased with my experience. Lance did everything he could to get me the best deal he could and I was very pleased.
The Perfect Truck

I might be biased because this is my dream truck but it's the coolest thing ever! I own a 2016 GMC Sierra SLE 2500hd and it is the bee's knee's for towing! It coming all set up for towing and it rides so smoothly! This truck effortlessly tows around my 2 - horse trailer with my two Irish Draughts in it, one of them being 17+ hands! All in all I LOVE this Truck! Thank you JJ Suk from Keller Bros for selling me this dream!
